Subway — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Some people need to find another job if they don’t like working in customer service. I come to this location at least a couple times a month. Usually a sweet lady in her 30’s is here and I have always had a great experience with zero problems, but today I placed my order online at 10:55 and arrived at 11:00 to pick up. As I was leaving I could feel that my sandwich was cold to the touch even from the outside of the bag. There was a young-ish petite black lady working. She had two people in line who just started to get their sandwiches made. I nicely asked the employee if she could put my sandwich in the toaster for me right quick. I didn’t need her to re-wrap and get new packaging or anything extra. She responded, “I already did that. You have to wait until I’m finished with these two though before I can do it.” An attitude for no reason. And simply just didn’t want to take care of me. The reason I order online is so that I don’t have to wait in line. All she had to do was grab my sandwich from me, slip it in the oven, continue to work on the sandwiches she was working on, like employees usually do, and hand it right back to me when it’s done. It was clear she did not want anything to do with me because I asked one simple task of her. I was not even upset/ complaining that my sandwich was cold five minutes after ordering. After not going to Subway for a few years I decided to stop in for a sub combo meal for lunch. I walk in at 12:00 Noon lunch rush on Friday 9/6/2024. No sooner than I got in the door, they sent me out and said they were closing to clean the grease pit. Im not mad at all, I went for Chicken and a dinner roll down the street at Lisa's. But, Really? Subway? You run all the customers out of the store, for a locked-door lights-off closing for a grease pit cleaning at 12:00 noon on a Friday? How much grease can you have? Who at Subway would ever let that happen? Hey it's your circus, but one of the busiest days of the week, if not the busiest lunch run of the week you ask us to leave and lock the door behind us because the grease pit is more important? They went back and forth whether my bread was fresh ! If that’s the case y’all need to cook bread more often. Secondly the a younger woman walked in from what might’ve been a smoke break , didn’t wash her hands asked me what I wanted I politely said the other woman had it . Once they started the sandwich two ladies left the line leaving just one lady who was really nice !! Got home and had hair in my sandwich!!!! It wasn’t the nice white lady bc it wasn’t her hair . And it isn’t my hair because mine is blonde !!! But anyways they need to wear hairnets . I like when the guys are there the ladies seem to hate...
