McDonald's — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Today at 10:30 AM, my family and I were dismayed and upset by the very surly manner of the on-duty assistant manager. A woman customer was complaining that she had placed and paid for an order, showed her receipt, and explained that she had been waiting for over 20 minutes. Service was very slow, and disorganized and multiple customers were complaining about the slow service and order mistakes. The assistant manager totally ignored this woman customer, neither did she have the customer served her order, and the manager refused to refund the money when the customer requested it. The customer throughout the time courteously asked that she be served or returned her money but became very upset when the manager turned her back and walked away, shouting that the customer "leave the store!" This is not the first time I have had such a poor experience at this store. It is incredible that a McDonalds employees would ever treat customers in this manner. After this last experience, we will not be returning to this store at 4101 E Lancaster in Fort Worth Tx. The employees of this store need ALL be reminded of customer sensitivity, courtesy, and keeping professional behavior. This is altogether unacceptable and should be quickly dealt with. The service level for delivering completed orders has always been bad at this store; BUT THE PATTERN OF RUDENESS OF THIS STORE'S MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED BY NO LESS THAN A DISTRICT DIRECTOR. Also, we will be reporting this incident to our neighborhood and district newsletters. Its not ok. It is a means to an end. There is a plasma center next to it across the street. And a bus transfer center across the street in the front. I have worked in the public for 40 plus years. This McDonald's is by far the worst I have ever been in. 98 percent of the people that work there have no education. They have no manners. They are just down right hateful. The don't say thank you or kiss my ass. They act like they are doing people a favor by even taking their order. I am a white woman and skin color is not an issue with me. I don't go there often. I don't even know if they hire white people. But having said that I went and took a homeless person to eat. It was a very rude all black staff working except for a couple of Spanish women. I sat down with my food and new friend. I did not time it. But as we were wrapping it up a security guard walked over and told us to get out now. I bout lost my cool and my religion. The homeless woman didn't want me to cause a scene. She is used to being disrespected. She is homeless by choice. But she is a human being. She did not beg for anything. God almighty told me to buy her food. I asked if there was a time limit to be in there and she said yes 40 minutes with the purchase. So when you go in there and they single you out you are on a time card. The place seldom gets any tables service. When I sit down at a table I expect it to be clean. The rest rooms stunk. It seemed like the smell jumps on you after a restroom visit. There is no excuse for this. Its unacceptable. This place give McDonald's all across the world a bad name. It should be investigated by the city and shut down.. Eat at...

It is very close to a good friends House that I happen to be at all the time. Depending on the time of the day it is, the staff are usually very friendly and helpful during the 9am to 5 pm. Now if you want something that is hot and fresh made with love and good customer service any other time of day i would advise you make the 4 minute trip right down the road to the Meadowbrook McDonald's attached to Exxon only because the overnight shift people at this particular mcdonalds are miserable and couldn't care less if you are satisfied with the service and food or not. And they really like to TRY And make other peoples mornings as horrible as they're. So i guess my advice about this location is definatley try to drop by between 730 am and 430 pm and i think you will be pleasantly surprised. Amd just an fyi this is the longest review that u have ever given, simply because i think people deserve to receive fresh made hot food with a smile for going anywhere anytime they go out and use their hard earned money or at least hot food and if no smile then decent customer service. One of the over night ladies actually has the audacity to ignore me like i wasn't even there. Owell at least i know when she works and a few other rude.employees work so i can avoid them and im glad i hope this.review can help even just one person from having to deal with those miserable rude workers on y'alls Way to work and avoid them rubbing their negative energy on y'all and possibly starting any of yalls days off...
