This is going to be long!!! I went to this mcdonalds last friday. Somehow my order was completely messed up. At the moment once I let the lady in the drive thru know she nicely fixed my order and corrected my payment since I was also over charged. I was sceduled for a $3 refund. That was fine I took my food and left. A few days later i check my bank and noticed $3 was taken out by mcdonals that same day as the original purchase. I called my bank to make sure I was understanding correctly. Sure enough I was charged $3. At this point it didnt make sense i called and spoke to the manager hoping it was just a misunderstanding. She stated she could not find anything in her system showing I was originally charged 12.30 however she found a sale iao $3 and a refund of $3. I tried to explain that I was not refunded instead i was charged that amount. She asked me to bring my bank statement along with the reciept. I went into the restaurant and spoke to the manager and her supervisor. Long story short I provided them with both my original reciept showing my transaction of $12.30 with the time stamp and my bank statement. Some how she pulled a report and sure enough there is no transation. At this point it must be an issue on thier end since hello i have the original reciept I then Proceeded to show her my bank statement how I was charged $3 instead of a refund. Again she shows me her report that shows a charge of $3 and a refund of $3. At this point its frustrating whos lying here?? My bank or her damn report!! They both gave me such a hard time. I then asked her where that $3 sale came from since I didnt purchase anything additional instead i was supposed to get a refund for being over charged the first time. She could not answer that question. I honestly cannot believe even with proof in my hand they still did not believe me. After about 15 min the supervisor at that point seemed to just want to get me out of there and told the manager to just refund me my money. She just gave me a whole refund of $12.30. Dont get me wrong im grateful since i was only expection my small refund, but as she was ringing the items up to give me my refund she stated something didnt add up. Her total did not match the total on my reciept and shes sure she entered everything correctly. She ended up having to add a cheesburger in order for it to match. (WEIRD) so thier system is charging people wrong?? There is definately something wrong with thier system and I hope it gets fixed. No one should have to go through all of this for $3. The managers were so unprofessional and acted so clueless. Basically even with a receipt if its not in thier reports it doesnt matter its like it never existed. I am shocked at the way this restaurant operates. Also the blonde hair lady in bkue shirt was absolutely rude! She was handing out peoples orders and when someone wasnt fast enough and get thier food she would say "COME ON PEOPLE YOUR DRIVING ME...
Read moreI have had many problems with this location giving me wrong items. Simple things like grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken on salads or leaving out cookies or fries. Wrong drinks. Etc. I decided that maybe if I ordered on the app they could read exactly what I needed and it would resolve the issue. First order and it all went way worse than it ever has in person. I order a crispy southwest salad a large fries and a sprite remix. After checking in I wait 25 minutes for curbside. At 10 minutes I’m calling to make sure they got my order. The first person can’t hear me and hangs up and it’s another 10 minutes before someone answers the phone again. I then wait another 5 minutes for it to be brought out. Apparently it had just popped up on their order screen. Or so they said. I get home and I have a water, a grilled chicken salad and stale cold fries. I call which takes another 10 minutes to reach someone and I’m told that this person will personally have my order ready when I get there. So I take it all with me and go back and after 5 minutes I call to say I’m out there since nobody had come out. It takes a total of 15 minutes to bring it out and she has me check the sprite to be sure. So I do that and go home. ANOTHER wrong salad. I shouldn’t have taken the persons word for it that she made it herself and double checked. I then call and am told to get a refund I needed to call the customer service app number. So I call them and they say I have to talk to the store or dispute it with my bank. Such easy things could have been done to avoid the situation. I never reported or wrote reviews on the many wrong orders or rude behavior prior to now, but the lack of service last night broke the camels back. I will never patronize the location I’ve been going to for over half of my life again. The Eastchase location has much better service and I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the wrong thing before. When I get their it was busy but not to busy when I went to the drive-thru I confirmed the order with the McDonald’s employee she confirmed it and told me to go to the 2nd window that’s what I did I slowly moved up to the window it took like 50 minutes to get to the window when I got their I told them the order and she said that we don’t have that order I told her are you sure? Because it says right here that I have a order for McDonald’s the order was 2x cookies that was all cookies! I told her Maybe because you guys took long to give out the orders it was really slow like really slow people where leaving getting impatient it was that bad that’s the reason why I give out a 1 star!!! I mean they got me waiting for a long time to get nothing!!! Like what the heck is going on here On top of that I don’t even get a cup of coffee as a sorry or sorry for your wait. I don’t make money as a sitting duck for Uber eats just so you know and on top of that you telling me if I got the right McDonald’s what kind of question is that!! Yes I do.
