Pollos la Pullita Gran Plaza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The red sauce is so good and spicy, the green needs a little more work on that. It smells and the looks of it being cooked like it is looks so so yummy but I'm sad to say was not the best. We wanted to try it because the other chicken place PR we go to alot, wanted to try the competition. Let's just say we will stick to the other. Look let me start with the staff, they were polite and well mannered, they brought my food to my table. Then they directed me to the salsa station, which doesn’t have much but just enough. The humble atmosphere feels great, no crazy bustling amount of people shouting, or activity. It’s clean and right off seminary, pollo regio lost a customer today, me and my kids LOVE the well seasoned skin of these chickens. Had heard good things about this place but for starters customer service right from the begining at the speaker box to the window was terrible plus had only ordered rice & beans and still were parked and i could see from my car how slow employees were just walking around like if they were confused but the worst was the wait can't believe for only rice/ beans waited parked more than 10 minutes i could see like 3 or more cars behind me at the window and left without being parked it...
