After seeing Nobles response to my original review Iām going to bump the review up a star and assume the best that I truly did come in on a bad day. Iāll do my best to visit again and hopefully taste some delicious espresso. I canāt bring it higher than three stars because the cold brew felt and tasted closer to a weak ice coffee, while it was refreshing it just wasnāt as strong as I prefer it. Original review below
This is a tough review to write, I had really high hopes and have heard great things but my experience was a let down. Initially we planned on going earlier in the day but it didnāt work out so we came in 30mins before close. Which I normally really try to avoid but itll be awhile before we are in the part of town again so I wanted to try it out!
We werenāt warmly greeted, it felt like we were an interruption or inconvenience and not a guest. Which is the exact opposite of what Iāve heard and read in other reviews so it seems like depending on the time of day itās two different experiences and that shouldnāt happen.
In total we got 4 drinks, 3 cold brew and an iced latte. With the latte the flavor was all at the bottom of the cup so after a lot of mixing it was decent at best. The cold brew was more of a watered down ice coffee, very weak in flavor, light body and a very light color. The shop its self looked really cool with an outside garden and different rooms tucked away creating a cozy environment.
I really wanted to leave a raving review and add a new local fav to my coffee shop rotation but that...

I love tea. I drink coffee. But never together! Who knew the subtle but the sweet aroma would pair so well together!) Sorry, I didn't get to try the baked goods. Next time! And yes, parking is limited, but there's plenty of street parking.
What a cute little coffe shop. Unassuming but a great gem, warm & inviting space in a preserved historic location that I stumbled into while visiting in the area. Felt like I stepped into a loved one's living room/kitching space and it reminded me of my FIL's deli in a sleepy town where friends & neighbors gather to connect, where ideas are born, and you walk out with a smile on your face. Being there and chatting with the owner, I got the vibe that he's all about "doing small things with great love!" He has a beautiful vision & dream for this space to be a gathering place for the community! Yes, may it be so! Every big dream starts with...

Open since October 1, 2023, the new management took over from the previous, offering a new name as well. The owner, Noble, offers a quiet and friendly face to go with the interior of the same vibe. He was exceptionally helpful, and absolutely is a pro when it comes to coffee. A few rooms of cozy seating, and ample outdoor space, provide an environment that is perfect for work and leisure alike. It hasnāt been busy when Iāve gone, so there is plenty of room, but I can imagine it could get cramped during peak hours.
This isnāt a chain-level coffee shop by any expression - theyāre pros here, offering bespoke and classic options alike. Be patient when ordering, high craftsmanship requires time!
