Edit: smoothie King responded to this review. They told me to go to their website and do a formal response. Which I’ve already done and it clearly states that in my review. Just another way for them to ignore. A generated response that you put on all reviews IS NOT A RESPONSE.
I never like to write bad reviews. However, this experience just kept getting worse. My husband and I ordered 2- 32 ounce chocolate peanut butter smoothies. We both customized them a little different. After leaving and getting down the road, they tasted like mild chocolate, flavored water. The receipt even showed no milk, no protein powder, just Coco and banana. It seemed also like they never blended it with ice. I tried to call and speak with the manager, someone answered that I could not understand. Finally, they told me to call back speak with the manager another day and HUNG up. Tried calling back the next day and got no answer. Found a corporate number and called and talk to someone (who could barely understand me) they took down my name and number. Never heard back. We spent $20 on water....
Read moreI’m not the type to leave bad reviews unless I know yall can improve on my feedback but I came in to smoothie king today at 12:00 and the cute younger boy helped me out he is a very good hard worker and I tipped him $5.00 for one smoothie I sat down and waited for my order the blonde girl was complaining of how much online orders were coming in and how people need to stop ordering things from their store and etc… and now I feel stupid for tipping the store I should have gave the boy $5 by hand but I understand things get stressful but maybe educating them how to treat customers will help, putting 100% customer service 100% of the time even when no one is watching and also educating them that customers can hear and see everything in the restaurant...
Read moreVery rude customer service. Walked in on June first around 1600ish, no customers in store as it was just me. THREE employees looked up when I walked in and looked at me then looked back down. No good afternoon, hello, or I’ll be with you shortly. I then joked and said, “well hello”. They all looked up, looked at me and still did not say anything and looked back down ignoring me. I then asked the young lady if she was the manager and she said no, it was her dad. I then expressed the rude and unwelcoming vibe I got when I entered this store. I politely told her thanks but I’ll change my mind on giving this kind of establishment business.
Hot summers after a Lowe’s trip would be ideal for this place but not worth the terrible...
