If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this location but I’ve been giving them the benefit of the doubt because I feel like this one is closer to my house. Tonight topped it all off for me. I made 3 app orders two which were given to another customer as I received that customers orders as well. I waited forever for them to get to me and when I pressed the button my calls were dismissed and never answered. I asked my carhop for sauce as he did bring out two, but with all the food I had I requested more and even offered to pay for it, the manager on sight tonight told him not to return to my car to give me anymore. I pressed the button and this time my call was answered by the manager herself . As I’m telling her there are no sauces in any of my bags besides the two that I requested from the carhop, she proceeds to argue with me stating that she “did give me sauces in my bags And that I don’t need to pay for any extras because she won’t be giving me anymore she can only give out a certain amount of sauces and that’s all she’s giving me for the night”. I actually used to work for sonic and I am well aware that that is beyond sonics policy to not allow a customer extra condiments, unless the new policy is only two per a car regardless of how much food was ordered??? Sauce was finally given to me by my carhop after a rude run in from the manager. The sauce isn’t the problem it’s the wait time, the rudeness of the manager, and the lack of customer service skills. After a long wait time and mixup of orders the least you could do is provide sauce to go with my cold food I will most definitely not be returning to this location...

Order taker got my order correct, but didn't have very good hospitality, didn't read my order back to me to confirm it was right, and didn't tell me the total. Not a big deal, but felt like ordering was a burden to her.
Car hop showed up with the food and as I rolled down the window and reached for the food he shoved it in my hand saying "there you go" as he then handed my drink over.
Smash burger wasn't a smash burger, it was two of their normal patties. Sauce and pickles were in one small section of the burger and hellllllaaa onions all over it. I like onions but that was ridiculous. Dirty cherry slush wasn't dirty at all. In fact, I might have gotten one squirt of the cherry flavoring in the slush and that's it. No coconut, lime, or sweet cream present.
The order taker, car hop, and another car hop I've seen going back and forth all seem pretty miserable. Id like to think this was a isolated incident but this is like the fifth time I've been here and gotten the same quality of food/service.
Hate to leave a bad review, but this is a direct reflection of the management/ownership here. It's either how you treat you're employees, how you trained them, or a lack of managerial oversight that's allowing this kind of stuff to happen.
My suggestion to the owner - fire your manager and higher someone who's a strong trainer. From a customer stand point you can tell this is what the establishment is...
Read moreThis is super disappointing, as Sonic used to be my "go to" for fast food. That will no longer be the case. Below is a list of the multiple issues with this visit. Unfortunately, we had a similar experience two weeks ago at the Sonic on Matlock Road in Arlington.
All of these items point to a total lack of care and concern from the store management, store ownership, and store leadership.
My wife and our 6-year old have both suggested that Sonic is crossed off our list of potential places we consider when thinking about fast food.
