Edit: The wonton soup flavor is just the way we like it, flavorful and no weird sweet or strange spices! The wonton pieces are crispy and delicious. My only complain is I wish the pieces in the soup were bigger or at least more than 2.

Food is fantastic! The only thing I haven’t tried as I type this is the wonton soup. Everything else has been tried and I can confirm it’s legit. I like that the bbq chicken stick has thick pieces of meat and the grilled onions add an extra layer of flavor. The sesame chicken tastes like honey chicken, I just wish there was more sauce. The crab Rangoon is sooo thick omg I’m full from one. The pot stickers and sauce are delicious. Have I had better? Yes, but not in Texas. If you’ve ever been to Ming Wok on Granbury Rd., I’d say this place has them beat by a little on flavor but the portion size and price are unheard of these days! Absolutely would order again. I got all this stuff for under $40. I only tried a small bite of each thing but my son (7), who is extremely picky, is tearing this up like it’s...

On 11/6, I decided I would give this place a try. While waiting on my order I watched through the whole as the cook scratched his place, started picking his nose then went off to the corner to try and hide as he picked his nose more then started cleaning his nails to remove the garden mucus residue. I was in freaking SHOCK! I spoke to the lady about it and he tried to lie. Not sure what was said because they spoke in their native tongue. Finally she offered to refund me, so the manager came out and refunded my money. This is was the worst ever!!! This dude looked dirty yet when I first walked in no one was there so that should have clued me in. I will NEVER visit this place again. If you go to this place I suggest you watch through the hole in the wall and even squat if you needed to. I wish I had recorded it yet I was just standing there in complete shock at this level of nastiness. Eat here at...

Where do I start.... this use to be my favorite place to go to. And they're always very nice. However, today was a different. As I entered and tried to order, they were very busy preparing a large order before me. Which I understood, that she mentioned that it'll be 30 minutes of wait and agreed. Just a few minutes later it was at least 4 or 5 customers after me placing their orders as well. Time passed, I noticed the other customers were being impatient and becoming a bit rude towards them, demanding their order to be out immediately. I still stayed patient, silent and waited patiently. I see the struggle they were having. The other customers all ended up getting their orders before me, which I'm assuming they didn't want have problems with them. I decided to leave the drama that was going on. I paid for an order that I never received. Sad to say I will no longer be going to this...

A friend of mine ordered lunch from this place and I was polite and said Thank you, but I will not refer anyone there if today was indicative of their daily food items. I had Fried Rice and a Bottled Drink. The rice was very al dente, and the onions thrown on top, were an afterthought. I took 1 bite and I was done. I don't appreciate ordering food that you have to re-cook, find a way to work it with something else or throw out. The Bottled drink was good and that's all. I was more disappointed at the amount charged for food that was not fully cooked and in a small container. It was a waste of time and money. They need to do better for the amount charged and small portion size. Aesthetically it looks good but it's not fully cooked. Rice, peas, carrots and onions all were raw. Overall this was Terrible Quality.

I've been searching for really good Szechuan food since moving here from Houston four years ago and the Hot Pepper Popcorn Chicken here is the by far the closest I've found. Crispy, tender, flavorful, really well seasoned (though quite salty). They have a ton of my favorite Szechuan dishes on their "traditional" menu and I'll definitely be back to try them. You're not going to get stunning ambience, and the service is on the slow side (sometimes food can take a very long time) and pretty abrupt, but it's not different from what you might expect from a cheap hole in the wall place.
