Nopalitos Taqueria Food Truck — Restaurant in Fort Worth

The empty parking lot should have been a major clue to me as I pulled in to the drive thru... this place sucks! I ordered 6 breakfast tacos. I had to give my order 4 or 5 times to the cashier taking my order. She was clueless. A short while later she hands me a bag and closes her window. I noticed the bag was extremely light for 6 breakfast tacos with 3 ingredients each... so I opened up the bag and find all the tacos on miniature corn tortillas. I call the cashier back over and ask why they aren't on flour tortillas, which is the standard. She tells me that all of their breakfast tacos are served on corn tortillas and that breakfast tacos served on flour must be requested beforehand. What an unbelievably stupid policy. I've been eating breakfast tacos all over the state of TX for over 50yrs and never has it been a standard to serve breakfast tacos on corn tortilla. Someone should have made this policy known before I ordered $24 worth of literally ridiculous miniature tacos that had minimal ingredients and turned out to be more tasteless and super greasy than anything else. Steer clear of this dump. Today is Thursday Oct 12. Don't make the same mistake I did by believing the other good reviews. They must be fake or something, because this place was dingy looking on the outside and ultimately shafted me out of my hard earned money. We decided to come to this place because my husband has recently had their leguna tacos he really like it. This time we came for the menudo we really like. It very delicious and he liked the leguna tacos as well. I always get pastor tacos or the chicken fajita Gorditas. If you want very delicious menudo come here. Best in East Fort Worth. Omgosh this is a must go to for authentic Mexican food. Although there are a lot of places around what stands apart is the flavor bomb you’ll get with even the rice and beans. Easy to order and you won’t be disappointed. Menu is minimal however everything you try is on point. All kinds of meat selection though. Cooks in the back know exactly what they’re doing. Don’t get your go to flour tortilla. Try them corn ones and you won’t go back.
