First off please do your chain a favor and fire the manager working April 30th at 8:30 my experience wasn’t even horrible other than no hot sauces stocked up but seeing how she treats the other customers took my appetite away. DoorDash driver came to ask if her DD order was ready and she said no with the biggest rbf without asking for a name or nothing she just left the customer on the counter for a few minutes till she left. then a customer came in claimed he needed help putting an order because he spoke French and she just pointed him to the kiosk and said go order over there kept sending him over and then she screamed to the whole restaurant. “Does anybody here speak French” bruh that’s wild for a manager to do cause I would’ve been embarrassed and just want an associate to help me. She just left him at the counter again and went back to her drive-through post and the customer left. Somebody came in wanting to use the restroom and she said it’s locked and the customer said even if I buy some thing and she just said it’s locked after I had just gone in the restroom, one minute prior to that… it was such terrible customer service. Read moreThis one location is horrible, the girl I guess was in charge had the nasty attitude. The cashier that took my food order messed up my order they gave me a chicken burrito when I asked for steak and the taco was to be chicken not beef. They remade my food but the taco don't have the the sour cream on it so the cashier went to get it, then the girl that was in charge came up and asked me did I want my money back, and I said why, she said she have made my food twice and that it was a waste of food. I said I asked for a cup of sour cream so I can put it on my taco. Then she went to get it. I don't know how you have people like this working for this company, that have such a bad attitude. I stop at this location because I like the building, but after visiting this location I will never go to another Taco Bell again. This location is 1913 W. Berry St. Fort Worth TX 76110. Read moreWorst service I've ever received. Waited forty minutes to get my order, only to find out when I asked for an update on when it would be done, that they hadn't even started it. My wife had gotten her order by then, and she ordered after me. All of the employees were playing around, not working. I watched three different people walk out without their food, because it was taking too long. When they finally gave me my order, it had extra food in it, so I handed it back, and said I thought maybe there was a mistake (especially because I knew I hadn't ordered anything with a flour tortilla, because I have a gluten allergy). I was given attitude, and told that they had given me the extra food for free, for the wait. Which would have been fine, that's more food for my wife, who can have gluten, if it had not been told to me with the addendum of, "Oh my God, miss..." Likewise, anyone I saw come up before me to correct a problem with their order received the same attitude.
