My dad wanted a pie I couldn’t find ANYWHERE around town for his 60th birthday- a coconut chess pie. I called Sweet Lucy’s to see if they could help with a special order and she said “I’ve never made one, but it should be no problem, I’ll figure it out!” and boy did she! We all loved this pie: perfectly baked, flakey crust, and the coconut was such a treat. I will absolutely be back for seasonal pies this fall!

I ordered some mini bite sized pies for our firms monthly birthday celebration and everyone loved them. We ordered the following flavors: lemon blueberry, salted wildflower honey and chocolate chess. The lemon blueberry was everyone's favorite. The crust on all of them was phenomenal. When I went in to pick up I also got my husband and I some strawberry buttermilk slices (which she ended up giving them to me on the house after I insisted on paying) AND THEY WERE TO DIE FOR! Ohhhhhhh my goodness!!! Took the kids yesterday for PI day (3/14/24) and picked up a slice of the honey/sea salt. It was AMAZING!! The perfect bite of sweet and salty. The flakes of sea salt melted in your mouth and the honey was super happy to help as the gooey, flavorful "glue." The crust was phenomenal. Overall....it was...
