Omg! Stay away from this horrid Taco Bell. I used to go through the drive through regularly for years. Now it's a chaotic mess at this location. Today I waited in line with 18 cars in front of me. I could tell the woman in the car directly ahead of me was not pleased, but couldn't hear the conversation. When I pulled up to the speaker, a teenage girl who was barely understandable and extremely sullen took my order. It was a very simple one person order...food and no drink. Then I waited...and waited...AND WAITED. When she finally came back to the speaker, she asked me AGAIN what I wanted. I politely explained I had just ordered. She asked me WHAT I ordered, I told her AGAIN, and this time she rang it up. But when I drove up to the window, and there was just one car in front of me pulling off, the sullen girl looked blankly at me, and took my money. No smile, no greetings, nothing. AND SHE NEVER CAME BACK!! I sat there for a very long time, and then a male teenager, who had no manners or good customer service either, looked at me and told me what I owed him. I informed him I had already paid...at which point he said nothing further to me, and turned to a co-worker and told him that I had already paid. Then HE left the window. I continued to sit there and sit there ( by this time the ONE car behind me had finally pulled up to my car...I kept looking for him, as he had been directly behind me when I was at the speaker). FINALLY the sullen girl handed over the bag with my order...saying NOTHING...no "sorry for the mix-up" or "sorry it took so long"...NOTHING! I WILL NEVER GO BACK to this Taco Bell that used to have great customer service, AND TEENAGE WORKERS WHO HAD MANNERS, INSTEAD OF THE WAY THEY TREATED NOT ONLY ME TODAY, BUT AT LEAST 3 OTHER PEOPLE. Good grief, folks. In this day and age, when this area of town is glutted with fast food restaurants and real restaurants....the only thing that drives your competition is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. These employees are not in the right state of mind to serve people food I went in with a friend at around 11pm and it may heave just slowed down I get it we all get overwhelmed right? These people ignored me for an hour straight like I wasn't even there! Then a female employee who was waiting on her ride walks up and tells them what she want and they give it to her! This girl already knew what makes these guys tick so she says you guys need to take their order with a voice of initial motive behind it......then the cook reacts as she knew he would and says OK IT'S ALL GOOD in a vindictive tone and a smile on his face and looks at me and say when I get off ima beat the s* out of him. His fellow employees say "I betcha won't" boosting this guy like this isn't a deep situation so he finally brings the food up and says "here you go bro" so i dont respond to anything thats happened im watching it like it's happening to someonelse astonished that people will be this way to someone they never even met before! Then I check my food cause of course he has me skeptical and it looks as if he put chemicals in it I taste it and it definitely verified it wasn't a regular steak quesaritto it had been tampered with. I left without making the situation worse and now I'm at the hospital being treated for food poisoning. Btw he didn't have on his name tag to identify him I just know he cooks but as a coagulant whole these employees possess the nature of a very demonic force I wouldn't wish my worst...

Me and my wife came to get the Grande burritos that should come with the hot fritos and upon arriving home, we see that it's not there. So we go back a bit annoyed because it's cold out but whatever, mistakes happen. We explain and return the burritos saying that there were not any Fritos in them, and the cook said "Well yea... We ran out". I immediately turn my head to the side because I am legit confused as to how they fail to tell us when we ordered through the drive-thru. Then one of the employees then said that they didn't tell us because we ordered thru the drive-thru, as to not ordering thru the lobby. And then his cook friend kept looking at me the whole time as me and my wife were at first wanting a remake but decided to get our money. The manager's first words were "So you want your refund?", not even with a question of "what's going on?", or "I'm sorry that we failed to tell you that we ran out of ingredients" or something! The cook, cashier at the drive thru window who took our order, nor the freaking manager EVER apologized! They did not care at all from what I experienced and saw! They did not show any little care for not telling me that they didn't have the MAIN f%$#* ingredient and yet they still sold me the burritos anyways!
