I recently placed a large order with your establishment, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations. While I understand that fulfilling larger orders can be more challenging, it does not excuse the overall lack of quality and care that went into the preparation and delivery of the food.
Firstly, the most glaring issue was that everything arrived cold. This is deeply disappointing, especially given that the food was meant to be enjoyed fresh and hot. Cold dishes not only affect the taste but also diminish the overall experience of what should have been an enjoyable meal. It suggests a lack of proper planning or attention to detail in ensuring the food was prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
Beyond the temperature issue, the food itself did not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from your establishment. Whether it was the texture of certain items or the lack of flavor, it was clear that quality control was not a priority during the preparation process. For a business that prides itself on serving fresh and delicious meals, this was a major letdown.
I understand that large orders require additional coordination, but it is precisely in these moments that a restaurant’s ability to maintain its standards is most important. Customers rely on you to deliver a consistent experience, whether it’s a single meal or a bulk order. Unfortunately, this time, that consistency was absent.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively. It’s clear that there is room for improvement in terms of organization, preparation, and ensuring that every customer—no matter the size of their order—receives food that reflects the quality and care your establishment is known for.
I encourage your team to reflect on how orders are handled, particularly larger ones, and to implement better systems to ensure food arrives in the condition it’s meant to. I believe you can do better, and I look forward to giving you another chance to show that this experience...
Read moreThe score is based primarily upon the food. The restaurant was clean. The bathrooms are clean. Nothing super special or extraordinary about the service. I always expect great customer service. The young lady who helped me was nice and made sure that everything was in the bag. It came in a nice box to make it easier for carrying and transport. Also made a nice trash can. Once I was done eating. I had the new soft taco cantina chicken, as well as the cantina quesadilla. My first mistake was not believing the guy in my foodie group chat. That said that he was super disappointed in the soft taco cantina chicken. My Hope was that he just had a bad experience or maybe it was the location. However, it was late and I was hungry and running out of places that were still open for the late night. I ordered the cantina Chicken soft Taco with a couple of modifications adding jalapenos and crunchy tortilla strips to it. Honestly, I think it would have been better if it had been hot. Maybe it was too much of the cold toppings that cooled off the chicken. The second item that I had was a cantina chicken quesadilla. When I think about A. Quesadilla, it is ingredients in a tortilla, then thrown on the grill to meld all the ingredients and give it a little bit of Browning on the tortilla and then cut into sections to make it easy to eat, as well as dip in some of the sauces that they offer like the signature, red sauce or new avocado salsa. The quesadilla was not browned nor was it divided up. It looked like a super long, soft taco. While driving, I was not able to break it apart and had to eat it whole without dipping. Thank goodness for the sauce that was inside of the quesadilla to ensure that it was not dry. The only positive about this was that it was hot. Every now and again trying new items at fast food locations. There will be an L, or lesson. With some other things in place, those could have been winners, like a bowl and...
Read moreI placed an order from tacobell online for the first time but I accidentally ordered with a wrong location which was this location. I called the store right after I placed the order to cancel it because the location was far away from me. The guy who picked up my phone said he's unable to cancel any order and told me to contact the tacobell customer service to resolve the problem. I asked him what customer number is, then he said he doesn't know. I asked him he may ask the store manager to get the phone number. He said he is the manager of store. I explained him I'm having a trouble to find the customer service number online page. He kept saying he can not help me with any of that. How come the tacobell store manager cannot even provide their customr service number to a customer??? He was not willing to help me at all, so I asked him his name, but he didn't even tell me what his name is and avoided my question. If he did his job appropriately, he could provide his name. I was not able to contact the customer service to cancel it, so I drove all the way up there. When I opened my orders whn I got home, I found out they didnt make my order correctly with a missing item. Also, I included hot sauces for several tacos I ordered, but there was no sauces at all in the bag. How can we eat our tacos without sauces?? No wonder why this tacobell has all the negative reviews. I will definitely contact the customer service to report when they...
