i'm 63 and been enjoying it since i was old enough to chew it. Remember the inside wrapper being wax paper. The size in which it is packaged, is just right for a good helping for the true chili lover, and enough for two when augmented with other fixings. Y'all's is the purist essence of true chili. To extend it for more people all you have to do is add half a chopped onion, a cup of cooked pinto beans for the northern folk who may be visiting... or and hand full of Frito's with cheese on top under a broiler. Smaller factories are the best for quality control, less overhead costs, and earned loyalty from both the Employees...

Tonight I attempted to consume the contents of this 16oz. box of ancient evil. I was unsuccessful which happened to be a very good thing. Ok , I have allowed enough time to pass to give my review of this Chili . I warmed the Chili up in a microwave oven . The odor should have warned me not to tread further. I was assaulted by a skunky taste a slimy texture "from the oats" and an oil slick which will forever be ingrained...

OMG! Hands down the best chili I’ve ever eaten! No other chili will do now! I called your 1-800 number and they recommended the franks to go with it! Unfortunately HEB does not carry them but I’ll be going to Walmart for them! Thank you for making such a quality product! I bought it, because a fellow shopper highly recommended them!
