I made a $70-CASH PAYMENT on my account on 7/13/23 at the store. I also asked for a printed receipt and was told that they could not provide me a receipt because their printer was down and currently not working. I then asked the Rep to then provide me with a screenshot of my payment and now $0 balance. They Rep told me that he also could not provide me with a screenshot because that is against company and store policy. I then informed the Rep that the day that I opened my account and bought my phone and tablet I was not given a receipt or the Sim-Card card that has my PUK code and unlock code and when I came to pick that card up the very next day, I was informed that it had supposedly been destroyed in compliance with company and store policy, but the Rep did provide me with a screenshot then. So, why was it okay then and not okay now, which makes no sense at all, which leads me to conclude and believe that you are lying, for whatever reason. The Rep then did go ahead and provide me with a screenshot of my payment and I had a balance of $0 and there was not anything due or owed at all. I then asked if I would also receive a text message also reflecting my payment amount and $0 balance. I was told that the text message would come to my phone, shortly, but I do have the screenshot to use as proof and evidence of my payment. As I was leaving the store, two text messages came to my phone. One text said I had made a $14 and change payment and the other text said I had made a $29 payment. I IMMEDIATELY walked back inside the store and asked why my $70 payment was not reflected in either text and why do the text messages reflect payment amounts that I DID NOT PAY, rather than the $70 payment IN CASH THAT I DID PAY???
I also asked them to look at and verify m, data usage, and that my data usage says that since June 30th through July 13th, I had supposedly used more than 139 GB of data!!! I asked how is that even possible??? And they concluded the same as I had that I have been hacked and that I am a victim of "Sim-Swap" and/or "Port-Over" fraud. I said that I could not afford to purchase a new device at this time, nor would I since I would soon be eligible for a device upgrade and I would not like to change my number, because I have too much tied to that line and number.
