Tommys Hamburger Grill — Restaurant in Fort Worth

Okay people its been several years since I've visited Tommys Camp Bowe, and I have to once again give this restaurant a five star rating!! The customer service was the best ever! The place was spotless! The food was absolutely delicious!! I didn't order a burger, I stepped out of the box and wanted to try a grilled chicken salad with extra grilled chicken, extra side of and a nice glass of iced WILD ACRE Texas Blonde with lemon, and it was perfect. The atmosphere was nice, who doesn't like eating in a safe, clean atmosphere. The table were so clean you could see your reflection, and they were wooden tables! I spoke with several other people who said "the burgers were the best in town". I'll definitely have to try on next visit, because I will be coming back. I was there around 630 p.m. on a Monday night, they close at 8 p.m. but they didn't rush us out. It was a really great place, and I highly recommend Tommy's on Camp Bowie! Have never been more disrespected in my life walking in this place. I ran in there to use the restroom before I was going to order my food. Because I’m on Lasix pills for my heart failure, which is a medical condition. When I left the restroom a blonde woman I’m guessing is the manager , was waiting for me when I walked out. She rudely asked me if she can help me. I told her that I had to use the restroom because I was on medication for my heart. Then she started following me acting like I’m a criminal for using the restroom. This was my first time in this establishment. You do not treat first time customers like this. I didn’t get to even try the food. I’m not going to pay for a meal when I get treated like this. I just want the owner to know what kind of manager you have. She is running new...

By far this tommy burgers is not as good as the one by Ridgemar area. My food did not come out correctly. And my food's set on the counter for about seven minutes before they brought it out to me because the Lady server, it took forever, so my food was cold.I will not be back to this place. I will have to drive the extra two miles.Just to go to the one in ridgemar, because the service at this one is nowhere as good as that one. And I top it all off.They don't even have any parking. Come to find out the lady was the manager. Well, I ended up throwing this burger away. By far the worst burger i've ever eaten I won't hold tommy burgers accountable.
