Update to first review. We visited again as we said we would. Much better this time. We both ordered the smash burger and fries. Very good burgers we both got a beer(s) as opposed to cocktails and much better. Service was actually better as well of speed of service. Will definitely be back now that we know what to order.
So many positives but a few negatives as well. But we will be back. We sat at the bar in the back which has a great vibe. One of the reasons we will come back. Our server was nice and provided good service. My husband is a bourbon drinker so he ordered a Makerâs Mark on the rocks. They use a one ounce pour so not as strong as he is used to and would like. Those were $8ea. My Captain and diet was in a tall glass and again a one ounce pour. My husband ordered the grilled mahi mahi and onion rings. The sandwich was very good. Nice size piece of fish. He also liked the onion rings. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap no tomatoes and no lettuce with fries. Unfortunately they did not leave off the tomatoes so that was a bummer. The fries were good. The food took quite awhile to come out and no it wasnât pipping hot when we got it. Like I said earlier we will come back and make a few changes to what we order. A beer instead of a cocktail and maybe a burger instead of the wrap or the fish. The bar is an area where we would love to hang out and just have a couple of drinks. Speak easy vibe. They had 80âs music videos on the tv but no sound. Either turn the sound up enough you can hear it or play some background music in the bar. We want to love it so we will...
Read moreMy dining experience at The Kitchen on Main was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the cozy ambiance and welcoming atmosphere set the stage for a amazing evening. The menu had a variety of choices, and we were excited to dive into the delights that awaited us.
For starters, we chose for the fried pickle spears, and oh my, they were a flavor explosion! The crispiness of the breading combined with the kick of the pickles was the perfect way to start off our meal. It left us excited for what was to come.
As for the main course, I went for the TBH Sandwich, and it was a revelation. The blend of flavors and textures in each bite was impeccable. The ingredients were fresh, and it was evident that attention to detail was a priority in the kitchen. My girlfriend, on the other hand, chose the Tyson Burger, and she couldn't stop raving about how juicy and flavorful it was.
Our dining experience was elevated even further by the impeccable service provided by Sandra, our server. She was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure that we felt well taken care of throughout the evening.
The Kitchen on Main has undoubtedly become a new favorite for us. The combination of delectable food, inviting ambiance, and top-notch service make it a five-star establishment in my book. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience, do yourself a favor and visit The Kitchen on Main. You won't be...
Read moreThe first time I came here, the food was excellentâa little on the pricey side, but delicious burger nonetheless. It was such a great experience that I brought in my four children for lunch to celebrate the day before school starting. My crew was hungry. My youngest son decided to take his shoes off then go out the door to see if the train was still there (heâs 3 & on the spectrum). I then followed him to bring him back inside. Then he decided to climb on the swivel chair, after which the owner walked over & expressed to me that he wasnât being safe & that âtheyâre running a businessâ & that he canât keep going in & out like that (which he did once & I followed him). I get it. Liabilities these days are tough with businesses. Regardless, this approach & his tonality made me feel uncomfortable enough to leave the restaurant without having eaten our food. I wonât be back due to the lack of kid-friendliness. Introspectively, I am glad for the feedback because I do agree that my child needs to wear his shoes, so I am grateful for the not so gentle reminder of thatâŚsometimes, itâs a battle choose to fight & sometimes not with an autistic child.
I wonder if this business owner will introspectively look at himself with how he approached this situation & if he could have handled it in such a way to keep customer businessâŚa good business owner would also look at how he handled the situationâof course, thatâs my perspective &...
