Dunkin' — Restaurant in Forty Fort

We all understand that staffing shortage is an issue in this country right now. However, that being said, everyone is short staffed but no staff is as RUDE as the staff and management at this Dunkin Donuts in Forty- Fort.

Just because your short staffed does not mean that professionalism and good customer service should go out the window!

I am in this Dunkin M-F at least once per day. I will no longer be a customer, my entire office, here in Forty Fort and the offices in this building have now vowed to not return.

Management is ignorant and rude, instead of apologizing and making the customer fell valued, I was rudely told "we do not have the staff" & to "get over my self".

Again we have 4 professional offices in our building in Forty Fort and all employees have agreed that the ignorance and poor customer service is just too much anymore.

I have filed a complaint online before to be told the franchise owner would contact me, however that has not happened. I left a message this morning at May Brand office, lets see if I get a return call. I know Eric May and his wife Holly, I can not believe they would be happy with this unprofessional behavior from their staff. Unfortunately that is what happen when you have immature people...

Dear owners of the Forty-Fort Dunkin' Donuts: Please send someone through your drive-thru, order Some food order an iced coffee. Then go to the Plains location. Order the same things and taste the difference! Your coffee is weak and watered down and your food tastes like burnt metal because your machines are never clean. Seriously, do yourself a favor and taste test between yourself and every other Dunkin' donuts in the area and you'll see the difference. If you care about your business, if you care about your customers, you will do what needs to be done to correct the mess that your store is in.

The Forty Fort location is horrible. The service is horrible, order is never ready or half the order is the the other half was never made. The food is under cooked and messy. There is no proper management, no quality control, no idea of how to prioritize orders. Go to the Dunkin on 315 before the Casino and you will enjoy the efficiency and kindness of the staff and food that tastes the...

This place makes me P*ED! THEY CAN HAVE UP TO 7 WORKERS BEHIND THE COUNTER AND YOU WILL STILL STAND THERE WAITING. The floor behind the counter is always disgusting and full of so much debris it's not even funny. And if you pay close attention to all the spoons and things that they're actually stirring drinks with they're all stuck in the same cup of water that's been sitting there half the day. I've been there recently on three different occasions and it's always the same results. I actually watched a boy screw up someones drink twice and throw them straight into the garbage then finally on the third attempt he made it right. Why wouldn't they just give those drinks away to the customer that kind of appreciation would go a lot further then to watch somebody throw it in the trash.
