Wendy's — Restaurant in Fountain Hills

I came and ordered $78 worth of food. At the window, I was given the wrong amount of drinks.. I tried to correct it then and got a really crappy attitude from the man who helped me.. then, I got home and realized 3 of my 6 meals were missing.. I called Wendy's and was told that if I came in, my order would be replaced, I came in to have my order replaced and was treated AWFULLY as if I was trying to scam the system or something.. like I was robbing Wendy's or something. As I was walking out I heard the employees talking TERRIBLY about my husband and I. If this is how you treat people OVER YOUR MISTAKES, maybe you should find another job. The oriental man on duty was the ONLY person who treated us with respect. Every other manager did nothing but dirty look us and TALK BAD ABOUT US RIGHT IN FRONT OF US. Don't tell people to come have their order replaced if you're going to treat them like scum of the earth when they come to get it fixed. I've been stopping at this Wendy's for the past 20 years just as I head up to Payson. It's particular time I'm trying to make my order I was told I cannot have something I've been ordering for over 20 years when I try to speak again through the drive-thru two additional people replied at the same time one of them was negative comments. I assume that person thought I was being disrespectful when in fact I was just trying to get what I ordered by asking to modify how I wanted it. Someone actually got to the window a third person finished my order and seemed to be very uncomfortable situation. With this staff conducting themselves in the manner they did and no one apologizing when I got to the window I don't plan on returning here nor advising others to stop here. I was very impressed with the sour cream and chive baked potato! It was actually quite big, and given the size, it was thoroughly cooked, which is remarkable, and usually not the case. As I don't eat fast food often, I feel it's one of the safest choices on a fast food menu, and I only wish others would add it to their menu. Additionally, this was at 10 pm. on a Friday evening, and my entire drive thru experience lasted less than 10 minutes! Thank you for the great baked potato, my companions' fresh, hot french fries, and his burger. We enjoyed our fast food experience here at Wendy's in Fountain Hills.
