Today 4/24/2021 8AM was the worst customer service experience at this location I’m not sure if the manager on duty today morning shift is Tonya/Tanya or Octavia but those are the names I was given when I called to express my dissatisfaction with the service so after finally getting those names from who reluctantly says her name was Octavia and she said she is the manager I asked her who is at the window taking orders she said Tonya or Tanya and as I continued to speak she hung up which is why I am now doing this review. The person at the window was NOT customer friendly at all she rushed me through my order so much so that I forgot one more biscuit so when I got to the window I asked can I add it she said no we are not adding anything at the window ok fine so I will lol have to go back through the drive through and reorder but she wanted me to go ahead and pay and then use my card again which I rarely use cash almost always use debit or credit I told her I will pay all at once when I come back through the drive through so she hump her shoulders with a look that could kill and closed the window as I was speaking SMH rude at its max. And if that truly was the manager I spoke with over the phone I see why the associate felt it ok to treat a paying customer the way she did as it usually trickles down from the head. Read moreThis is the first time I've ever left a review of a place that I had a bad experience at but I was so moved but the consistently poor service I had to jump on here and write a review. I live not too far from the place so I visit there to grab a meal semi-often. I would say about 80% of my visits there I have had my order messed up in some form or fashion. I get a 4 piece homestyle tender combo with fries, an extra mac n cheese, and I get extra honey mustard. I've had times where I got home and was either shorted a tender or two, shorted a biscuit, or (like this last visit) have no honey mustard in the box at all even though I asked for extra honey mustard. It's as if they just quickly throw some stuff together and don't care. And it would be different if they were nice people, as a previous fast food worker when I was young I know how it feels, so as a customer I make sure to always thank whatever employee is currently working. But everytime I say "thank you" or "have a great day" I get no response at all. I don't actually get spoken to the whole experience minus when they're taking my order. Read moreI don’t normally do this but something has got to be done about our Bojangles in Fountain Inn ! I ordered my food I get to the window to pay the young lady taking orders was laughing at the way the older man behind me was talking while he ordered. Then they had me pull forward to wait on boberry biscuits it took 20 minutes to get them and then they didn’t bring the rest of my order. I simply said this isn’t all my order the young lady said the girl at the window didn’t give it to you I said no. She stormed off cussing because the other girl didn’t give me the rest of my order. Then she come back saying we did in fact give it to you . Umm no ma’am you didn’t she asked me what I done with it when I never received it. She finally went and got my order biscuits. All the biscuits this morning was so hard like they had been over cooked. And Bojangles is one of my favorite places to get a biscuit.
