OUR LAST TIME IN THIS PLACE. And if you have a kid that loves music please don’t come here. This is totally not a family friendly place. My boy (2 years old) was super excited and enjoying the live music but it seems this is a crime in this place, the owner came to me and told me that my boy was a distraction to the customers and the singer, funny thing is we were customers too and the singer was very happy and smiling to his new fan (my boy). I’m completely sure nobody was distracted with my son because everybody around him was smiling and having fun, and because We were watching the singer for about 5 MINUTES OR LESS. Off course we decided to leave after the rude owner interaction. My Husband went to pay the bill and while I was waiting another employee told me I can take my boy and leave. This is totally unacceptable and disgraceful. He wasn’t doing anything wrong or anything bad. I Hope many people can read this and can understand this is not the business we need to support. In the video you can see the crime my boy was doing, there’s a part of the video when my boy screams but I don’t want to show his face but yes, a happy kid is never quite.🙌🏼

How is that possible the music can be very loud but a kid can’t sing and enjoy the music!!!?

IN RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT: How can you tell me my boy was screaming every 5 second if the video is almost for 1 minute and he’s not streaming at all!!!?? What the heck are you talking about???? If you have cameras you can see the employee who told me I can take my boy and leave and in the camera you can see very well what he said because he also do movements with his arms when he told me so. If you’re not the owner who is responding how do you know what she told me if nobody was listening our conversation??? She was rude and she just ran away when we wanted to talk.

We have been coming to visit this location for quite some time, Sadly today an older woman who I just learned is the owner asked us to have our two year old keep it down because he was excited about the live musician since he loves music. She said she had to take care of her customers even tho we were celebrating a birthday party at this location and consuming. I explained to her he was two and we would try but he was excited for the music. She was very salty and rude, and said he had to be quiet, so we decided to leave. This is not a family friendly business and I hope in the near future this person who is said to be the owner becomes more humble and respectful towards customers who are feeding her pockets.

In response to this owners comment, we have everything on video while our son was having fun with the music and no one at all complained. No one at all had an attitude or was disrespectful, this is why we decided to leave your establishment. The gentlemen that rang me out even apologized for your owners unprofessional and rude interaction. My wife even was disrespected by one of your associates and even tho we decided to leave it be and go. Hopefully this franchise will offer you courses on demonstrating excellent customer care and how to be more prudent for future interactions...

I was really excited to try this place, so I chose it for my birthday dinner. I loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, but we paid $74 for subpar bar food, one beer, one soda (no refills bc it’s in a glass bottle). I chose to eat here bc of the great reviews, but I’m starting to question why I even read Google reviews anymore. The pork on the nachos was loaded with fat and the chips were stale, but I will say the cheese on the nachos was delicious. We got a basket of pimento cheese fries and it looked like my 4 year old niece put a handful of fries into the basket and they topped it with cheese and bacon. Again, the cheese was delicious, I guess something had to cover up the SUPER greasy taste on the fries. They were nice and soggy and cost approximately $14 for maybe one potato lol I couldn’t even eat the pizza. It was recommend by the bartender/order taker, but the crust reminded me of a frozen pizza crust that I hate. My husband said the wings were ok, but he couldn’t taste a difference between the two sauces he used. If you’re looking for somewhere to hang out and have some drinks with friends, i can see the appeal, but if you are looking to go eat somewhere while you’re sober maybe...
