Wingnutz — Restaurant in Fountain Inn

So I had other issues with this restaurant but tonight was a big issue my son was placing an order and was asked for a card number. She told me after a certain time they need a card number but would not swipe until you get there.Question? why would I give a stranger my card number,cvv,and expiration date? This is CRAZY!! I told her I'll just come in because this has never been an issue. When the bartender ask if she could help me I said I wanted to place an order and she asked if I called earlier. She went to the back and told them they could make the order without asking me what I ordered. so I asked her to repeat the order thats when she called the waitress told her to call it out. She came over with the receipt telling me to read it then gave me the price again. I told her I pay for it when it's done. She made a face as is I was wrong. I sat at the bar waiting when my order was ready she took the food to the end of the counter and just yelled in the air I'm ready when you are and walked away I then asked why would you take my food to the end of the bar when I'm sitting? She said she had to because that's where the register is. The bartender comes back and says I got it and hands me a receipt and the waitress still never gave me my food she handed to the bartender. Now before my order came out a lady came in and picked up her order and she handed them her card to pay??? So she did not prepay? Again crazy!! I explained to the bartender that this was wrong and instead of hearing my issue she was trying to tell me something else and speaking over me and then began telling me good night over and over again. If I want mediocre food and service I can go to the Waffle House! This place doesn't have great food and there are several other places I think of first when it comes to wings. I'll order wings from pizza hut before I think wingnutz. I could have easily went to Orions, Better yet I'll drive to Mauldin for smokin wings. Not getting my $40 again may not mean anything but word of mouth is still...

First. I was pleasantly surprised when we found this spot. Decent parking available, good location. Seemed busy but not loud or crazy. Our waitress was friendly and thr menu promising.

The tater tots with cheese and bacon were solid.

The wings I ordered were passable. My friends chicken bacon ranch was not great. The chicken was too dry and after 2 bites he couldn't eat any more. He's not one to complain so I flagged down the other server because ours was not available for some time. I informed him it was too dry and not great and he offered to have it remade. My friend asked instead for 6 wings and the server said no problem. 20 minutes later his wings finally came out. They were way overcooked...

At this point I was ready to go and asked for the bill after waiting another 20 minutes.

They had given a 50% discount in the sandwich and charged full price for the replacement wings.

The waitress blamed the other server and I explained I disagreed but that didn't seem to matter.

Came to hang out to have some wings and just one beer. Went to shoot 5$ worth of pool on the tables and got harassed by a local and his son. after playing 3 games, other players lined up quarters to play. Once I beat the guy I was playing the next guy and his son up in line took over the table as I was racking the balls. Not even enough time for me to rack and go break and they broke the balls not in their turn. Asked them what style pool do they play pool and what’s their regulations and was told this is my table. Ended up beating the dad and his son and it was an issue I wanted to keep the table and play the next person. After being harassed and disrespected the owner chris Kate came out and just verbally abused me saying I was a drunk and I can either leave or move around. When I asked what style pool do these guys play? It’s probably great for the locals but if you are traveling I wouldn’t stop by. Not biker friendly and very rude.
