I was in desperate need of a new queen mattress. I first went to M.F. because I knew I'd be more able to afford them, but I had a terrible shopping experience and just wasn't comfortable giving them my business. At the last minute, I found this place and went in. There was a world of difference in the level of customer service! I spoke with Kim for quite a while, and she was great. I ended up paying a little bit more than I would have at M.F., but I got a higher quality mattress that I really think will last a lot longer than the theirs would have. I was also happy to buy from a small business. The delivery men who brought it to me were very polite and friendly as well, and they showed up right on time. The mattress is a bit more firm than the floor model I laid on in-store, and that's really the only negative I can come up with, but I put a foam topper on it and that did the trick.

PS: They had some really sturdy furniture pieces in the store that were gorgeous. It wasn't cheap, but it was clearly higher quality than the similar looking set I got...

The customer service was great! They were very helpful and genuinely took into consideration what I wanted and needed. I never felt like I was being rushed; I felt listened to when I told them what my price range was and the type of mattress I was looking for. They had lots of options already in stock to choose from (as well as a vast selection to choose from if what I wanted wasn't in stock) and were knowledgeable about the types of mattresses that might work best for me. They gave me the time and attention, as well as helpful suggestions, in order for me to choose exactly what I wanted. Once I'd made my decision, the delivery was made in less than a week.

I'm now the owner of a great night's sleep and I couldn't be happier!

My husband and I went in to look at mattress. Kim assist us looking at mattresses. She was super friendly, informational, no pushy like other stores, and very helpful. She listen to what we were looking for, the price range and getting us measurements for the box spring and mattress. Yes they do have a expensive one but she did not push us to look at it.

The mattress we were looking at was great quality, comfortable, cooling, and made in NC. They also have sheet set, pillows, and mattress cover. The price are very reasonable. After we get done measuring our mattress and box spring at home to make sure that it will fit, we will be going back to get it.
