Horrible Experience – Stay Away!

I recently had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences with BagelNow! I placed a simple order for a baker’s dozen bagels (13 bagels). Sounds easy enough, right? Well, apparently not for BagelNow!

First, they called to confirm the order, so I had some hope this would go smoothly. Unfortunately, that hope was crushed when they delivered 13 dozen baker’s dozen bagels instead of the 13 bagels I ordered. Yes, you read that right—13 dozen bakers’ dozen. That’s 169 bagels when I only needed 13.

Naturally, I tried to resolve the issue, but the delivery service (likely outsourced) doubled down and said we must have screwed up the order—even though the store had called to confirm my original order. How does that even happen?

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the bill came out to almost $300 for this monumental mistake. And to top it all off? They forgot the cream cheese. Seriously? What am I supposed to do with 169 plain bagels and no cream cheese?

This was a disaster from start to finish. Poor communication, horrible service, and a complete lack of accountability. BagelNow! has lost a customer for life. If you’re thinking about ordering from them, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

I have been here three times now and the food is great everytime and so is the service. I love their bagels, they are very fresh and not super dry and chewy. The turkey egg and cheese bagel is very good and served hot. I love that. You can also add jalapeno cream cheese or other cream cheese to your liking to your bagel sandwiches. They are reasonably priced, and they also offer various juices as well as iced and blended drinks. Plus they have a coffee and espresso options as well. I highly recommend coming here. It is very good, there is parking available. However, it can become quite crowded, especially with the se other businesses next to it. It. However, if you swing around back there is also additional parking lots. They are only open in the mornings and early afternoon. I believe they close at 2:00 p.m. everyday and they open at 6:00 a.m. everyday except Sunday. They open at 7:00 a.m.. my only recommendation for this place is to potentially turn the music down just a little bit as sometimes it is too loud when you're in there. Trying to order and hear what they are saying. There are no seating areas, and it really is just a walk-up counter, that would be my only drawback is you do have to either sit and eat in your car or...

I absolutely love BagelNow! I always order online and they never disappoint. The process is super smooth, and my order is always ready on time. Their bagels are honestly some of the best I’ve had—fresh, perfectly chewy, and packed with flavor. Whether I’m in the mood for something classic like a plain cream cheese or a more loaded sandwich, everything tastes amazing.

I also really love their orange juice. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but you can tell it’s freshly squeezed and totally worth it for the quality. It just hits different, especially paired with a warm bagel in the morning.
