The food was good. However, there is an issue with this place that lowered the enjoyment level while I ate my meal with my family.
A young male potential family member (possibly a male child of the owner maybe in his mid 20's) regularly parks his Infinity sedan in the best parking spot right outside the front entrance. During a recent visit, he walked in and out of the restaurant multiple times (including behind the counter where employees go) and then gets back in his car right in front the entrance to the restaurant. His demeanor was rude and unpleasant. His unprofessional presence lowers the quality of the customer experience at the restaurant. The nice employee that took our order also seemed uncomfortable with this young male's presence.
It would be nice if this rude male would help the success of the restaurant and be more professional (like maybe park farther away from the entrance, maybe not act like like an angry spoiled child in the view of the restaurant customers if/when he enters the restaurant). In short, if this young male, potentially a young family member of the owner or manager, is not there to help the operation of the restaurant, but rather just loiter, it gives a bad appearance and lower quality customer experience for...
Read moreI posted this review a couple of years ago and edited an auto-correct error recently. This is a very tiny restaurant, without a restroom. No decor either; kind of shabby inside. I browsed the already-prepared-food counter, and then I surveyed the board menu above. The man behind the counter would not acknowledge me - no greeting, no smile, no asking me anything, & I'm a nice-looking lady in a nice dress! 3 people walked in behind me and that guy started taking their order! Am I a ghost?!?! I left. Their a la carte item prices begin at $12.00, so they must have made an 80% price increase since the last people posted their review of how "reasonable" and "cheap" their prices are! Even worse, I could tell that their ingredients are "cheap" for THEM to buy as they use ICEBERG lettuce for...
Read moreBeen coming here for years. The same person helps at the front but now I don't know if the cook has changed or what they did but the samosa was barley warm and soggy not made fresh as it Always has been the desert had been made several days ago as the lady told us and didn't have a cover on it. It was bad. The Naan bread was not the same at all they now use way too much spice and does not take good. So I have changed my 5 star review to a 1 star and WON'T be coming back. At least I don't half to suffer though the server lady's bad attitude and poor customer service skills as I have done SOO many times in the past. I would recommend going to Sofra Bosnian food across the street. They have awesome customer service skills and...
