I work at a different chipotle location, so I was expecting a better experience than the one I work out expecting other locations to be significantly better. However, I had a terrible experience. First, the worker who served me was atrociously rude. No greeting whatsoever and I heard him tell his coworker wipe down the line, something expected, with the nastiest attitude I could smell it through his and my mask. I asked for a chicken quesadilla, and it is expected and quite frankly, required to ask the customer if they would like their sides. This question did not arise. I payed no mind to it as the sides was not the cause of my salivation. I then noticed that he did not put it in the QUESADILLA PRESS, as the name suggests it’s for making quesadillas, that was right in plain sight. This machine provides a crunchy texture to the quesadillas in which I craved. However, I was not as angry as I suggest as I just wanted something cheesy. What made this accumulation of dissatisfaction over the edge was the price. A quesadilla is around $5 or so even with the sides. So why was I charged for the price of a BURRITO. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SOMETHING SO OVERPRICED IT SHOUKD BE SHUNNED UPON. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE nor will I even attempt a transfer to this location. I hope my sentiments are...
Read moreFood was fine - we love Chipotle, so no issues here. We had an issue with the girl at the cash register... not only did she not even try to crack a smile, she had a frown and look of annoyance through the whole interaction, despite us being pleasant. When I asked her for chips, she didn't respond and instead just reached back and grabbed them after a few seconds, followed by "Anything else?" in a very annoyed manner again.
Despite the restaurant not being busy it was hard to find a clean table.
Talked to the manager about it and she didn't give an impression that she really cared about it - just said "ok I'll talk to her."
Although customer service in general everywhere hasn't been great, this was just plain unpleasant and nobody should have to be treated this way when they're going to spend money and enjoy lunch.
Everyone can have bad days, but this was at a level that leaves the kind of impression that makes customers not...
Read moreIt's interesting that there is another review down below that is almost identical to what I am going to write. I got a sofritas bowl from this location and I got food poisoning from it. I noticed while eating that the food wasn't particularly warm at all, but at the time I thought it could have something to do with the colder ingredients on top. That was incorrect, and my fears were valid about the food not being kept warm enough. Bacteria must have grown on it during the time it was outside of proper temperature range. I definitely won't come back to this location, and given all of the stories of food poisoning from Chipotle throughout the years, maybe it was just finally my turn.
