BEWARE!!! 🚨 Replying to OWNER’S response: Just called you to try to make peace. You talked over me. You didn’t listen to what I was trying to say. You yelled at me. Yes we asked for 1-2 remakes because you kept messing up our drinks. Don’t provide a guarantee if you can’t back it and don’t be stingy with ingredients. You’re saying we ask for refunds constantly, that’s not true. We are regulars at the garden grove location and of the 30-40 drinks we ordered this month maybe 1-2 were remade. You’re trying to put us in the wrong and gaslight us because you think because you’re the owner you’re bigger and better but you’re just a person who will lie to win and bully people who stand up to you. You said we threatened your location in the review - again lying- all we said is we would be contacting those agencies to inspect your business - about your way of handling our situation and accusing us as scammers???? Scammers of a coffee drink? That’s a little weird. Anyways, I hope you get anger management because you didn’t need to blow up on me over the phone when I tried to confront you about taking away our mobile account with 1000 points on it. Crooked business. Beware everyone the owner is not kind and is fake nice just to take your money and doesn’t like Americans. I was very sad to hear someone like this place have someone working/running this place and yell at my wife and I saying “SCAMMERS WE REFUSE SERVICE TO YOU” . Please kindly accept the visits from agencies. Maybe they won’t find anything maybe they will but at least YOU WILL BE ON THEIR RADAR. Very sad. GO TO GARDEN GROVE LOCATION AND SEE HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE AND BACK THEIR GUARANTEE. You could learn from them you- sincerely. Take an anger management class.
ATTENTION EVERYONE BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION:
Here is my experience today. And to let the owner and manager know I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau for the following reasons:
When we order from the mobile app we expect to pick up our drinks and leave not do a taste test then wait for you to make our actual drinks. Your service guarantees a smile and do a remake of the drink if it isn’t made correctly. Not give scrutiny. So the one time we had you remake a drink before because it wasn’t sweet your manager has been giving us a hard time and notated our account or something weird. You did to us twice and the second time we had enough. You’re the only location who does this to us as the others ones nearby do not. So after telling you to cancel the order you refused at first, then after I proposed I’d leave a bad review if you didn’t cancel and refund you then proceeded to cancel and refund BUT you did one sneaky thing Steven. YOU HAD OUR TASTEA MOBILE ACCOUNT CANCELLED WITH AROUND 800-900 points on it.
So here is what we are going to do, we are getting in touch with TASTEA corporate to let them know our experience, and how you closed our account and have been discriminated/harassing against us and making us taste the SAMPLE cups before we even try the actual drink(we know you don’t do this to other customers who order because we see you hand them their drink), we will be contacting the better business bureau and also reporting you to California Department of Public Health to make sure nothing else is suspicious is going on in your restaurant. You should have treated us with respect and kindness not retaliation now you will see what’s it like to mess around with peoples time and money and receive the proper attention from these agencies. Thanks Steven for making me not a customer of Tastea anymore. We were...
Read moreOut of all the Tasteas I've been to, this one is pretty average. Been to a one in Corona, used to frequent one in Diamond Bar/City of Industry. I don't know what it is, most likely residual pandemic, but prices are going up across the board, with a boba coming out to $8 for just a small size, this includes mandatory tips too because you can't not feel obligated to. I feel for the workers too, as I work in the service industry myself.
Boba is a treat now, not a regular fun outing at night. But to be poignant, the green matcha milk tea tastes nothing like matcha, it just tastes like jasmine milk tea. The taro is above average, but I can tell its just a premade powder, its not real taro. The taro smoothie actually has more flavor though, I will give them that. These franchises are kind of making generic pre-made stuff. And I've worked at Starbucks, so I know what that's like, but kind of miss the real flavors here. I'll only stick to the classic regular flavors I know and love from the 90s here, like any black teas and the jasmine tea, but will not try others.
At $8, I expect the quality to stay consistent, but there's no depth and really lacks that extra something. However, I like its convenient location, I can order and walk over to pick up, and that is its one quality in why I still come...
Read moreAVOID AT ALL COST.NOT BOBA !!!Most disgusting tea i ever had.they got some netve to call that disgusting flan in sugar water boba.the so called boba is some big green balls zero flavor not the real brown sugar ones. I ordered a creme brule tiger . The boba isnt included is add on . All they did is throw in a WHOLE cheap flan at the bottom . It was the most horrid cheaply made tea i ever had. Horrible texture .They somehow expect u to swallow that flan with a straw 🥴.Didnt taste like a tiger or creme brule . I ended up throwing it away 🤢🤮.i will never go back . The quality is awful. If you want a really good boba stick to aiyu cha or 85 these are true taiwanese flavor. To the owner you are missing the whole point . I wanted a creme brule not honey . What you delivered is a cheap overly sugary tea with a WHOLE FLAN thrown in it . FLAN ISNT CREME BRULE and the overload of sugar, diabetes in a cup .... They r two complete different flavor . Maybe you should try your competitor boba to understand the huge gap in quality between your store that didnt deliver nor tasted like true asian boba and others .... and no i will NEVER GO BACK . That cheap tea with a flan made me gag and did not sit right in...
