I wouldn't even give one star if there was an option I'm sure it is a great sight on the West Coast once you get used to it but the salesman Barry wouldn't even let me talk to a manager because that first had a lot of things going on with set up for HomeAdvisor 2 days later my girlfriend Falls after nine months of healing from an accident broke her knee that was previously shattered and I know part was me and part was him we were not communicating great because I was more concerned about my fiance which he did not seem to care about I am east coast and it may have been my fault that I didn't hear him say this is local splash but they're very good at saying it very quick this is local splash regarding HomeAdvisor which is who I was with didn't have good service at all with the company because it's a West Coast company on East Coast but. Point Blank when you ask to talk to a manager and he says no that's bad customer service right there I'm not saying everything was his fault but they do whatever they can to keep you hooked on there they do not want to refund the money finally I got him to refund the money but still would not let me talk to a manager and I'm sure you guys will see this post will be taking down real soon and he will be putting one up trying to say the exact opposite that's what they're good at anyways Barry from local splash salesman do not deal with him mostly just because he tries to do everything in his power to not refund the money when I said I have to take care of my fiance she needs Round the Clock care he wants to pause it and send me half money back finally I just let him do that then I keep getting calls to set up credentials but I don't have the time and I'm not getting good service East Coast he's West Coast and I originally just wanted to cancel it all the way so I called back a second time to cancel which finally I got somebody else that already submitted it so that it did go through but he got on the phone right afterwards trying to get me to stay in again no means no anyways I got my money and that's not even the big issue it's just the way that they explain it so fast to where this is local Splash regarding HomeAdvisor after I just set up HomeAdvisor and told him what was going on with my fiance anyways I don't even know if they let you talk to a manager there or not I'm East Coast this will be taking down real soon beware skam it can be a good site for the West Coast but I explained that to him a few times to didn't make a difference finally after about four different times. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE THIEVES!!!!

I have been paying for SEO services for an entire year…when you google any of my setup key worlds…my website doesn’t show up….ANYWHERE.

It has been a complete nightmare trying to find out what the issue is with my website and why it’s not showing up. I asked multiple people within the company why this is happening and what exactly is it that they do on a daily basis to get my website where they promised me it would be…the 1st page of google, top five in map section and on 13 platforms…I WAS LITERALLY TOLD THERE WASNT A ANSWER FOR THAT….so they’re a SEO company but can’t tell you HOW THEY SEO????

I have been waiting for several months to hear back from a higher up manager to discuss this major problem with my account…I’m told “it’s been escalated, and someone will call me back” I never get a phone call.

Today they had the audacity to say that I WAS INCORPORATIVE AND KEPT HANGING UP ON THEM!!!! Excuse me what???!!! Then I was told I needed to pay more money if I wanted my website active!!!!

Are these people insane or just pure incompetent??? You haven’t even addressed the fact that you’re not even close to producing results that I’ve been a entire year for and your solution is for me to keep paying you????

I hired a company to run diagnostics on my website…I have TWO BACK LINKS…an entire year and all they have done is get TWO BACK LINKS…..my competitors that are showing up at the top of google…(where they ensured me I would be) have almost 1,000 BACK LINKS.

The reason they can’t tell me what they do on a daily basis for SEO IS BECAUSE THEY DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!
