I placed an order for a whole pie and only recieved a slice of pie. I called, a "person" answered. after her putting me on hold and the call going to voice mail, I phoned back. then being on hold for a long while this time as well she finally answered. I did order the whole pie she stated. she asked if I still wanted the pie, um yes.... she said I could come get it or give me credit. NO, I want you to have it delivered to me. she was making all kind of excuaes and said I need to contact Doordash..... I tried to get a word in and that wasn't happening. I finally said, Can I Have 1 second To Tell You What My Thought Is? I asked to speak to a manager, she stated she was the "owner" I'm shocked that an owner would speak to a CUSTOMER in that manner. I told her I'm an owner and I would never talk to one of my clients that way. she said I was talking to her that way... WOW!!!!!! So it's ok to act like that as a business owner if a customer is upset with thier incompetence. what happed to customer is to be heard? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM MARIE CALENDARS IN FOUNTAIN VALLEY AGAIN. This will be going on my social media...

We live in Reno, NV and no longer have a Marie Calendar's, so this was a treat.

As always, Marie Calendar's never disappoints. Same classic recipes that calm and comfort. They haven't gone crazy with the price hikes either. Wife and I shared a corn bread and chicken pot pie. She also had a side salad. I had a coke zero and she just had water to drink. I had a banana cream pie slice and she had a chocolate satin slice. With taxes in Orange County the bill was just under $40. With a decent tip the total was an even $50.

I wish we would have gone here more this last week as we've paid way more for less quality but "trendy" food. They even have the whole fruit pies and cheesecakes for only $12. At the quality that their pies are and prices today my wife and I both expected the pies to be around $20.

Don't sleep on Marie's recipes and quality and quantity... They are still such a great deal. They also serve extremely comforting food that takes you back to when you first had their, our your grandma's, food. Really wish we still had a location close to Reno but until next time, Marie... We'll have...

Back in the day used to go to Marie callender's during strawberry season and get a fresh strawberry pie. I haven't had one in quite a few years, until today. Talk about a major disappointment, I guess they don't give you an option anymore about whether or not you want whipped cream or not because the fresh strawberry pie has whipped cream on it and hardly any strawberries fact is it's probably around 75% whipped cream 10% strawberries 15% crust and glaze. What a freaking disappointment! Before talking about the '80s I'd ask for a fresh strawberry pie and then they would ask you would you like whipped cream on it back then the pie was 90% strawberries 10% crust and glaze and they were delicious pies now you get a whipped cream nightmare with a few strawberries inside. I guess I'll have to go to claim jumper for my fresh strawberry pies from now on, but then again I haven't had a first strawberry pie from there since the '80s I'll have to investigate to see if they screwed up their pies like Marie...

We must not forget about Marie Callender's pies when searching for a consistently great tasting pie from your childhood memories! My favorite pie is the no-sugar added Razzleberry pie, as I would like to feel a little less guilty when consuming a huge slice! We took the pie to-go, but the restaurant was busy, and there was a great energy and buzz with all the customers coming in and out. My all-time favorite cornbread is made by Marie Callender's, and I will even buy the mix and make it at home. Classic flavors and hearty meals await you at Marie Callender's, in Fountain Valley.

Came to get pies on Thanksgiving morning - forgot to order online so was stressed out a bit. Saw lines are organized with clearly marked colored tapes and signs. Employees are all friendly - from the person who greeted at line to update what pies were available, the person at door, cashiers, to pie packing and person in back they were all courteous and cheerful on a busy day. Thanks for a good experience. Pie was good - first time trying cherry pie and Kaluah cream pie since apple pies were long gone. Good job Marie Calendar staff!

Wow! I didn’t know this chain still existed. This restaurant is a Time Machine. Carpet on the floors, closed off rooms, no flow at all. It’s like going to a grandma’s house. The menu is huge, which means the food is most likely mass produced and reheated. The only saving grace of this restaurant is the pie. They actually bake those fresh every day and they are excellent. The staff is great here and they try their best to make this an inviting place to eat. If it weren’t for 70 year olds, I don’t think they’d have any customers.
