Philly's Best Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Fountain Valley

Ya kniw i wasnt going to leave another reveiw but i had no other way of contacing management or the owner..... So last time I mentioned how soggy the sandwiches are if you order to go. The owner got in touch and said it shouldnt be like that, he said the cook should not be double wrapping the philly cheese steak sandwiches, and gave me a 50$ gift card to eat there again and see if it still happens. We'll i have no way of contacting the owner so im leaving this reveiw in hope he sees this and fixes this issue cause to pay 20$ for a soggy wet sandwich in the 2min I takes to drive home is not okay. Today I ordered a philly cheese steak light onions with cheese fries. I raced home cause I knew this happens and sure enough half the sandwiches is so soggy it is inedible. Very disappointing that I have to take time out my day to do all this. I guess the normal consumer would just never go there again but I want this problem to be noticed and handled correctly. Big fan of Philly's Best and if you want an authentic Philly Cheesesteak this is really the only place you should consider. Pepper Steak, Wiz, Sweet Peppers all the options you could want. The Amoroso rolls are the best, great onion rings. Why 4 Stars and not 5? The price, we ordered 5 Sandwiches and two onion rings and it was $60. I eat steak at Sizzler for that price, so a bit expensive. Service is usually good, but not great. The extra pickles and peppers you can serve yourself are a great feature and free of charge. Our food was hot, fresh and well portioned. Overall a great experience every time. Try the Taylor Pork Roll, great change of pace from the cheesesteaks. Great Philly décor and usually clean and plenty of seating. I like how they make your food right there,...
