I've been eager to visit this store because their website and social media are amazing. When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff, but I couldn't shake the feeling that I was interrupting them. The responses to my questions felt short and vague, almost like I was being rushed or encouraged to leave quickly. Since it was my first visit, I wanted to take my time exploring, especially because this is a decent spot for last-minute supplies--but they aren't cheap, so l expected better service. I ended up helping myself at the section with tweezers and trays, but I felt uncomfortable because the staff seemed to be watching me and my fiancé from the corner of their eye, as if we were doing something wrong. It made the experience awkward, especially with no effort to engage us in conversation or make us feel welcome. Maybe it was the casual clothes I was wearing, but l'd hope that wouldn't affect the treatment. Next time, I'll dress differently and see if the experience improves.
