I ordered a Baltimore Orioles 2014 Majestic Hooded Sweatshirt on October 2, 2014. My account was charged on October 6 for this purchase. My status was not reflecting the order so I contacted Mike. I must also say I paid $13.75 for priority delivery. Mike contacted me with an email the next day to say he was pulling the item from the warehouse and would update my status. That is the last thing I have heard form them and I have emailed them daily since October 8, 2014. I have also called their customer service number every day as well and have yet to get a response. It is now October 15, 2014 and I am very frustrated. All I am asking is for a response that either you are sending my sweatshirt or that you will refund my money. A very poor way to do business and totally unacceptable. I read the reviews before ordering and felt that Mike had a family run business with a very good reputation. I am very disappointed in how this has turned out and it looks like by the time I get my Orioles sweatshirt they will have been eliminated from the playoffs. Read moreTHE WORST! I ordered a t shirt for a football game I was going to Nov. 2nd. He says no prob I'll ship it to you. Nov 2nd comes and goes...no t shirt. The following week I call twice and leave a message...no response...a week after that I go into his store and he first tells me he didn't call me back because he got a new phone system...well you receive messages, why didn't you call me back? No response! Then he looks up the item and says it looks like it went back to the warehouse because it couldn't be delivered because you moved...uhhh no I haven't, but I don't need the t shirt anymore so please reimburse me for my shirt...Mike: well that will take a couple of days. Read moreI am very disappointed with this site. The communication is awful. I ordered something on 12/12/14 and I still haven't received my item (1/23/15). I have emailed this place numerous times and have called twice. I called during their "business hours" and no one picks up the phone, straight to voicemail. I wish I would have read the other reviews for this site because I never would have ordered from there. I feel the pain of the other customers who did not receive or took forever and a day to get their items. There is nothing on the site about how long delivery takes, which makes sense because they probably don't want people to know it takes forever. They send you an email about your order number and tracking information, but there is no where to track the package. I am really angry and am going to demand for my money back. Please be aware of ordering anything from this site. I will never order anything from here again, and will tell anyone I know about how bad this site is. It truly is not a business...
