Would give 0 stars if I could. I was deciding if I had time to stop because my kids wanted Subway. I looked inside and there were only 2 people in line. There were 4 employees working and one was training someone. I get it that the trainee will be slow but while those two served the first person who got 2 sandwiches, at least one of the other 2 doing other tasks could have come and helped the guy in front of me and myself. Instead it took those 2 almost 10 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Then another 5 to make the wrap the guy in front of me ordered. The other 2 employees could clearly see what was going on and did nothing. Almost a 20 min wait for 2 kids subs on white with only Cheese and mayo and not toasted so pretty much the fastest order possible. It had to be obvious I was frustrated but I didn't even get so much as a "Sorry for the wait sir." I asked them why do they have 4 people working but only helping one person at a time. The girl at the register responded "We have other things to do than just helping customers." I guess customer service isn't important anymore. The store on 85/87 is a million...
Read moreThis is one of the "skimpy" Subway's-skimpy as in, you won't get much by way of veggies. If you ask for more of a veggie because you were given so little you get no reply, but a very small bit more of the veggie. I have also found that it is a mistake to order online for pick-up from this particular Subway...if you want/expect to actually receive what you ordered, and paid for, you need to go there in person and watch the sandwich get made... and even then, good luck. Maybe it depends on who is working, but I personally have been disappointed with this franchise multiple times. The problems most likely stem directly from this franchise's owner. Oh, also be prepared to be told that they've " run out of" this or that. Could be a bread; could be a meat or veggie(s), could even be a condiment, sauce or dressing. Just don't be surprised! All of that having been said, this is Subway so the probability is that you will wind up with something tasty. This Subway was previously 24-hours, but we were told by staff that they currently close...
Read moreHorrible service, waited 10 minutes to be helped while an obviously new employee helped the person in front of me. A second employee was on his phone the whole time doing nothing. He even stopped at one point and said the other employee would help me in a while. When the new employee did finally get to helping me they refused to toast my sandwich. They put the meat in a heating tray and then threw cheese on top of that. The cheese was hanging of the side of their heating container, and they were going to put it into the toaster like that. I asked them to please put it on the bread and toast everything, and they responded by saying "NO, it won't cook everything if I do that". I ended up leaving without a sandwich, as they refused to toast everything together and by together I mean the sandwich as one item. I have had this location, and several other make this same sandwich before, and the way I wanted it is the normal way they make it, I didn't ask for anything crazy. This is easily the worst experience I have ever had...
