Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fountain

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever ordered from/been to. I don’t know who is managing this store but they are doing very poorly with their staff and I’m sure they could care less. I’ve never had such terrible customer service. When my delivery was made an item were missing. When I asked the delivery driver for my item, he told me to call the store and someone else would deliver it. I regret I tipping him %30 now. When I tried to call the store I sat on hold for over 30 mins. When they finally answered I was received by the rudest employee. When I told him what my situation was he just gave me a moment of silence followed by a “yeah, and?” I explained that I am following what the delivery driver told me to do and then he put me back on hold. I don’t know how long I was on hold for the second portion but I was still on hold by the time I drove to the store. I waited at the lobby for about 10 to 15 minutes with no one coming to the front. Finally I just left since clearly no one was coming to the desk. They could see me through the window in the door to the kitchen. I ended up going to the store to get a 2 liter for half the price. By the time I got back home the pizza was cold. Ruined our family night and we ended up eating out. Wasted $30. I went to the Pizza Hut website and left my complaint there. I also called corporate and talked to someone who actually acted professionally and promised me that she would escalate this and I would receive a call from a manager in 2-3 business days but never received any call. If I could give this store 0 stars I would! We ordered pizza late at night and went to go pick it up when it said our pizza was ready. We arrived and the lights were dim and the doors were locked and no one was inside. We thought the store was closed….. we waited for 20 min while we attempted to call the store to which no one picked up…. We tried calling another office to figure out what is going on with our order because we were charged and no one was there…. At that point we watched a gentleman get out of his car stoned smoke rolling out of every crack in his car go into the store and frantically grab our pizza and ran out didn’t say anything and handed it to my husband. Our pizza was cold and we were never given an apology or explanation. We were told later the guy working that night was their GENERAL MANAGER! We decided to give them another chance to which we ordered off the app 2 pizzas. We waited 50 min for only one pizza to arrive that had all the toppings from both pizzas on it. We called the store and they explained they were having computer trouble and it accidentally combined our order into one pizza. They said the only thing they could do was refund us and have us try again….. they said the refund takes 3 days…. Needless to say we wasted an hour and a half with no promise the app would work on our second attempt and would have to wait an additional hour for the new pizzas to arrive. Now we are 2 hours in …no pizzas and won’t get our money back for another 3 days. This place is a joke. I feel robbed of my time and money and no one there seems to care...

We ordered a pizza online for the Fountain Mesa Pizza Hut. We placed our order at 7:30pm at 8:30pm it was out for deliver. We waited till 9:45pm to see why our order had not arrived. We then called which a manager by the name of Blake answered the phone once we were transferred by customer service. We explained why we were calling. He the told us he couldn’t find us in the system. We then explained to him we already were charged and we received the deliver confirmation that it was on its way. He was very rude with my wife never told us he would refund us our money until I called back and made sure that was going to happen. He never tried to make thing right with us or try to even use basic customer service skills. I have lived in Fountain for a long time and my family have enjoyed the restaurants around the area. I have never been treated like I was at this Pizza Hut. I will not be using Pizza Hut in the future and If you are wanting good service and your pizza made and delivered then I would go some where’s else.
