Upon arriving at the Fountain, Colorado Culver's we placed our order at the drive-thru and we were served by Emily (possibly spelled Emilie).. at the very start, we weren't greeted with anything other than "what would you like to order?" Once we began giving our order, after every item ordered, there was a long pause before being asked typcal follow on questions like, "would you like that in a basket, what would you like to drink, etc.." after taking the order for the 1st basket and one order of chicken tenders no one appeared to be responding any longer... after a minute or so pause, I said, "hello, can you still hear me?" To which there was another 20-30 second pause and I repeated the initial ask of "can you hear us?" Emily replied with a tone, "pull forward and we'll take your order at the window." Upon reaching the window it appeared that she might have been on her cellphone (not entirely sure), however, I requested to speak to a manager about her tone/attitude and poor service.. manager Ish came to the window and took our order.. due to her poor behavior towards us at the order screen outside the order that was placed with Ish (likely to no fault of his own) was incorrect (Wisconsin dbl was given instead of the cheese double) and for the 1st time in my experience eating at this restaurant not only was ghe order incorrect but it was even burnt and heavily seasoned with salt.. it was also very apparent that Emily's attitude wasn't exclusive towards us but also extended to all of the nearby employees and even the manager Ish... Not entirely sure if this is a 1 off experience, but if this experience repeats itself ir is any indicator of the buisness culture shifting at Culver's then I'll spend my money elsewhere; $30 for a few small meals isn't worth it if you get poor customer service and the veterans/active military and civilian customer base in the area doesn't deserve the...
Read moreFood is pretty good BUT the service is horrible and orders are rarely right! Customer Service is actually non existent, I was ignored by 2 people when no surprise my order was missing something and I had to go inside from the drive thru. Messed up orders are no surprise at this location as 9 out of 10 times an order is missing something especially sauces or topping. Why offer dipping sauces if you don't include them when ordered? Today, I decided to give this location another shot as the place I wanted to go to had too long of a line. First off the lady taking orders at the drive thru acted like taking orders was a bother, then when we got our order, no surprise the condiment was missing for the roast beef. Tried to get the attention of the next person running orders out to no avail, so had to take my child out of the car just to go in and grab that. By that time I was pretty upset but when another person inside just ignored me as well I was beyond done with this place and didn't even realize we didn't get our 3 ice cream orders either. By that point I just wanted to get everyone home and fed after a long day out. Obviously the management is not effective and the owner doesn't seem to care. By now, I don't consider them "new" anymore, so there is no excuse for the many issues this place has. Fortunately there are excellent options for fast food up here now, especially Chick-fil-A that has yet to mess up an order no matter what location we visit and Customer Service is excellent! Plus if we really want Culver's we'll be making the trip to the Southgate location from now on, never had a messed up order...
Read moreI have a family of 7, so we usually buy 5-7 meals, and concrete mixers...aka we spend a lot there when we go. Every time we've gone something is missed, the meal, the sides something. we get home after a long wait, find something is missing and it is not worth packing the littlest back up to go another 30 minutes for a side dish. but finally today, they missed my entire meal. I went back to get it, and asked if this time the could compensate for it. No. flat out no. I said how about the turtle sundae, because this isn't the 1st, 2nd or even just 3rd time something was missed. it is very inconvenient to get home after a long wait to expect me to pack kids back up, drive back for food i shouldn't really eat any way but paid for, and spend gas/ time for a side or 1 meal that was supposed to be a quick convenience.
the manager didn't even come to the window, but said they could offer a single vanilla scoop. the same thing they give free in kids meals?! 🤣😡
way to say you'll give bare minimum for a customer who gives you $60-$80 each visit, and tells you you've missed several things now you want to argue a turtle sundae to a vanilla without even talking. 🤦♀️
I've actually called corporate this time. I rarely ask for anything or speak up. This is only the second time I've actually ever called a corporate number because i felt you were that unfair compared to what I've invested in your location.
You've lost us as customers due to your lack of empathy or compensation for failing to do your job multiple times. I didn't ask...
