Moved to the area a few months ago and was immediately in search of a go-to place for great pho, discovered this spot and have been back four times already (coming from a guy that doesn’t dine out often). The beef pho is some of the best I’ve had, super generous portions and every aspect is delicious: broth, noodles, meat and add-ins (lime, basil, jalapeño, bean sprouts). The place seems to do well with takeout, always people coming and going, but should be a lot busier for dine in based on the quality of the pho and the laid back, comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend, try this place if you haven’t - you will not regret it!

Horrible!! I just made a big order. My order was wrong and missing some items... my egg rolls were burnedand dont look tasty at all and spring rolls were messy.. I called tol let them know about the mess they did and they didnt want to fix any of it. Never going back!!. Its not right to blame everything on Covid.. As a chef's wife, I totally understand how restaurants were affected by Covid, but if you cant afford to pay employees for help, you should close your business, we shouldn't pay to be treated this way, we shouldn't be paying for that kind of service and food.

Large portions of noodles! It was too bad that the summer rolls weren’t fresh (rubbery) and the peanut sauce was simply hoisin with chopped peanuts in it. However, the fish sauce nuoc nam that came with vermicelli was spicy, tangy and very addictive. The pho tai had a lot of aromatics but the beef itself was a little tough. Of the house special vermicelli bowl, we liked the grilled pork the best. There were lots of crunchy, fresh, pickled veggies in it. We have lots of leftovers for tomorrow. Great to have a good bowl of hot noodles so close.

We went to dine in there one night at the restaurant.

There were some people sat there and having food already. After we ordered 3 meals for us, I saw two other people came. A guy and a couple.

There were some people also sat waiting for take out orders. Two woman left without food for whatever reasons, then my daughter said we should leave as well. But I trusted the Google reviews and stayed.

We were the first customers ordered as I mentioned, my kid had food and I was in shock how bad it was. Orange chicken, only rice and chicken. Lo mein noodle but it was not lo mein, it was skinny like egg noodles. very disappointed that cost 12 dollars. I could make one like that at my home.

She totally forgot to serve my food, she had to deal with to go customers, or Uber eats whatever that was her priority.

She served everyone came after us.(except my kids) and she finally came with my pho from the kitchen. She put that on the table and decide to dealing with young 3 ladies told her restaurant made order mistake.

She left my food for a while, dealing with them. I was thinking when she will realize I was the first and served the last, and left my order on table, when she will bring it?

It won't be taste the same if she leave noodle like that. I stood up and asked her, interrupted the ladies having issues to communicate with the lady.

She said "Oh! yours?!" My kids are already ate half of their food and I totally lost my appetite, told my kids we are going to go home.

I told her I want to take this home. (I could decline but I know how hard it is as second language speaker to live in US, and I tried my best to nice to her) she said it's okay, I do for you and she left my noodle with small container obviously don't fit. Noodle is in the soup, it will be bad texture if not separate! That was my inside voice, but I politely asked give me another cup. She keep saying sorry but still dealing with these young ladies. My kids got upset so I left to the car. Meanwhile, there is a guy coming out from the restaurant happened to parked next to me while wife and children were waiting. they were eating next our table before we ordered. He said he will never come back, because he said (she throw the cup to him when he asked to go box without plastic bag.) to his wife and I jumped the conversation. I felt relieved that it was not only me feeling it is bad service and over-priced.

I went back and told kids to leave. They still waiting for the boxes!!! OMG!!!!!

She didn't bring my kids' to go box, either. we waited her to give us to go box after I came back from the parking lot.

It was about looong 7min then I get really upset. I went to her and asked boxes. she still kept saying sorry, and then some man was yelling to her from the kitchen, it was chaos....

If this is not good timing to dine in, because of the covid, why they open as dine in? She cannot work by herself!!!!

Overpriced food, and she cannot handle by herself with angry chef in the kitchen. I am not sure she just had a bad day but I worked as a waitress here in the US, I know who came first at least. If we made mistake I would gives some compensation because I want customers to be happy and come back for the food. Anyhow, that was a terrible experience, my kids were mad at me for taking soggy noodles that I had to throw away as soon as we get home, I tried but it was soggy, and no longer good. I paid 12 dollars for each meals. I still cannot believe the review is so well, it is too expensive and not good atmosphere they give us. Again, I know I have been a waitress at restaurant, struggling to communicate with customers for a while, but I tried to master all english I need to give customers satisfaction. I think it will be better if she has more help, at least someone can answer the phone while she is serving dine in by herself. I will NOT recommend this place. it is just overpriced even if it was good services. I didn't want to even give one star. I want to give 0 STAR after I read others review. That is...

We will not be back. We arrived at 8:13pm. They close at 9pm. We told them that we were ready to order even as we sat. They did not come to take our order for nearly 10 minutes. There were no other customers. Our food didn't come out for quite a while, fine. I got a combination rice plate. My chicken was pretty much cold. My pork chop was lukewarm. Okay, they cook it ahead of time, fine. Why did it take so long to come out? I had to go ask them for a knife to cut my pork chop with. They never checked on us. They close at 9. They brought their own food out to eat, they sat and ate. We waited for to-go containers, and the check. My friend had to ask for it across the room after we tried to 'be polite,' and let them eat for a while. They close at 9. We would've tried to get out of there by 9. They brought us 1 to-go box; we needed 3, quite obviously. We literally were trying to get out quickly so they could close up, not one of the 3 of us finished our meals. We had to ask for 2 more to-go containers.. still no check. Staff disappeared into the back. I had even stacked all our dishes and bowls into a couple orderly stacks, trying to make clean-up as easy as possible for them to be able to close up more readily.. No check. We had to ask the grandmotherly woman still eating. She didn't seem to speak English so she hollered for someone to come out and help us. We got the check. We paid. We left. 9:15pm. We will never be back. This is not the first negative customer service experience we've had there, simply the very very last. And I have no idea what my friend tipped. I hope it was closer to 10%, than 20%. He usually tips 25%, I'm actually going to be mad at him if he tipped high, but it's unlikely. It was his first time there, and he was making jokes about dining and dashing because we couldn't get the dang check. He seemed surprised I'd recommended the place. Ridiculously angering experience. The food flavor is good, if you want to risk it coming out cold. Thanks anyway. Edited to add, if you want to close at 8, close at 8. Do not be angered if customers come in 45 minutes before Your posted closing time. Especially customers who are ready to order, and are...

The service was poor, I ordered from directly outside in my car, waited the appropriate amount of time, went in and no order..... There were several orders ready for pick up, but none of them matched what I asked for. When I ordered the woman on the phone was short and impatient, interrupting, and did not ask for my name. When I restated my order, she was dismissive, even asked me if I called the right place? I pulled it up on my phone and showed her the website, verifying it was in fact where I was! She went into the kitchen, to ask the staff about it the order, she spoke to them in their language, clearly complaining about me....BEFORE she asked for my correct order to be filled. At no time did she ever apologize, accept responsibility for the lack of communication... Sadly the food was pretty good, but the service will prevent me from wanting to return!! Maybe try LISTENING, not interrupting, and use patience especially with a language barrier!!!! Also, if businesses is slow due to covid, as your review responses have indicated, use the time to improve customer service skills, and for Pete's sake UPDATE your website, the prices are outdated...or I was OVERCHARGED, either way it's UNPROFESSIONAL. Bad news spreads faster than good news, and I talk to a lot of...
