Horrendous. Thanksgiving 2019. Had a reservation for 6:15. We were sat at 6:50pm to a dirty, sticky table with nothing on it. 10 minutes later a server arrived - barely said hello, went to get water. Came back with 3 waters for the 4 of us and 4 rollups, told us we could go to the buffet. Shrimp cocktail and Turkey were fabulous! Everything else was out of a can or Sysco product. We had 5 empty plates on the corner of our table and NO waters, no soda for at least 10-15 minutes. We got the rude hostess with the long hair - she had ZERO customer service. Two other times during dinner we had stacks of plates and NO beverages for at least 10-15minutes. We had to ask for salt and pepper - that took 10 minutes. I realized that i had PREPAID - this server who we heard his name from someone else would be getting 20% tip for NO service provided. I went to the hostess stand to see if I could change the tip. I was curtly told that that was thru an outside company and they could not help. I believe I reserved from their website - so I have to research that next. Clearly the 3 at the hostess stand were not of authority. I am kicking myself now that I did not ask for a real manager. We had agreed that we would try to make the best of the Holiday and just enjoy our time together and not pay attention to the chaos. It was not easy, unfortunately we are still talking about it. I believe they had reservations thru 9pm. By 8pm we were ready for dessert which looked amazing. The chocolate fountain was empty and TURNED OFF. We tried several other desserts which were again likely a Sysco product - and unfortunately all had a refrigerator taste. Sysco is fine in some scenarios, but not when you are paying 80.00 per person. Lastly and strangely - NO ONE SAID HAPPY THANKSGIVING. It was as if, they decided that it was not politically correct!!!!! Even if, people were from out-of-the-country, I don't think they would be insulted to say Happy Thanksgiving. It was truly unbelievable!!!! As you can see - 1 star is way too nice - it was...

Disappointing. I should preface with, I had paid cash for everything during our visit. We had a set budget and I brought cash with me for everything I could think of. One night during our stay, we heard from multiple people how great the Bighorn was and that we needed to plan a night around dining there. Our server was very pleasant up till the end of our visit and that's where things went the wrong way. He brought our bill, I put $150 in cash in the leatherbound folder and as I gave it back to him, I thanked for a wonderful evening and shared that he could keep the change. He walked away and we were preparing to leave. He came back and said that he couldn't accept it, and I said no, you were attentive and did exceptionally well and I urged him to keep it. He explained that the manager would not permit him to, because it was cash. She was refusing to accept payment and required me to pay with a card. I admit, my behavior at this point was unbecoming, but it was cash, legal tender, to cover all debts both public and private. Since the restaurant is part of the resort, she escalated this to the hotel management team members and we were asked to leave, no...not just to leave the restaurant, to vacate the resort. Everything was great during our visit, you don't often get to visit a Christmas Globe like place, but this one event has made it to where I will never return to Keystone or stay in one of their resorts. Save yourself a lot of money and eat better food at Red Mountain...

The atmosphere was amazing, the waiters were very knowledgable, helpful, and patient. The NY Strip with blue cheese was very good, perfectly cooked, the crust was wonderful, and the Brussels sprouts and Boursin mashed potatoes were also good, although the portion sizes could have been slightly larger. The Bison Ravioli only came with 7 raviolis and no sides, so I’d say that could’ve been a larger portion size as well. The French fries were AMAZING, excellent texture and flavor, and I heard the chicken sandwich was very good as well. The venison I did not personally like, the aesthetics, taste, and texture of the dish did not align with my preferences. The beef tacos were okay, but felt like they were maybe missing something, and wouldn’t be my personal recommendation, overall, as for the price of this establishment I was not overjoyed. Of the 3 drinks I tried, one was decently good, and I did not care for the other two, I thought the prices were a bit high for the experience overall. I also enjoyed the trout dip and the shrimp appetizer, although much of the dip itself went to waste due to a lack of bread to dip into it, which was a shame because it really was very good. The desserts I tried were all very good tasting, the angel food cake and berries were perfectly balanced as far as sweet and a little tart, but I would have loved slightly larger portion sizes on those as well. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, but don’t believe I will be frequenting...

Walking in to this place is amazing! All the wood decor and lighting was great. Our server came over and took our drink order. 15 min later still no drinks. Your probably saying well there were probably alot of people. There were 2 tables in the whole restaraunt. Thats the service we got all night. I ordered a Pepsi and server never brought it. When I told him just cancel the soda, he smiled and said ok. Food was no better. I had pasta. Bland no flavor, chicken overcooked. My girlfriend had the bass. Fish overcooked and bland. The best thing was the brocolini. lol. For this to be a fine dining experience, its probably one of the worst ones I've ever had. Dont come here. You will be disappointed.

Understaffed- took an hour for food to arrive. - took 15 min for bill to come after request. - food came out cold - though a semi formal setting, noise level of guest was reminiscent of a packed collegiate bar. Women cackling at the top of their lungs, an ruckus laughter an conversations loud enough to force server to shout. All in all, a terrible atmosphere for the setting an Price. $50 for a 10oz "dry aged" NY strip with a single undercooked carrot spear sliced into 4 pieces an THREE tiny potoatos halved. Steak NOT a Dry Aged cut. Not seasoned either. Bland. Medium rare steak cooked medium well.
