Lakeside Cafe — Restaurant in Silverthorne

Not sure where to start. The previous review that stated that they overcharge is 100% accurate. I ordered a coconut milk latte. Menu that there is an option for milk, flavors, drinks and then the prices for the sizes. Nothing about an up charge for anything (different milk, etc) Consider changing the menu if you’re going to up charge for different milk. However all the milk they had available on a Monday morning was skim, oat and coconut so maybe consider stocking better, too! They were training someone new and there were 11 people in line with 6 waiting for food. The girl being trained was left to do it on her own and she just stood there. A lady behind us purchased a cup of cereal and was told she had to buy the milk separate - with the few choices they had from the coffee bar. Waited over 25 minutes for a simple latte. Just avoid!! I ordered a latte and hashbrowns. They up charged me for both! The latte is $4.75 and they charged me $5 (they said $.25 was for milk). I asked for 2% milk. Not sure how milk is an add on for a latte. They removed the 25c when I questioned it. Hashbrowns $3.50 and I was charged $4. They did not know why and could not remove the up charge.
