DO NOT ATTEMPT unless you are strong enough and have extra time...something I NEVER thought I'd write about a pizza shop! I am disabled and not from the area but I eat gluten free to help with my health. Well, I took THREE FLIGHTS of steps and a ten minute walk to get my order. WHY in the WORLD would they not WARN people! Dealing with change of altitude, blood sugar dropping, and strength issues I was not in a good situation. Yes, I was literally praying that it didn't turn into a hospital visit or worse! I have to admit I am mad. ..and that is not my norm. However, I called for directions after we spent 10-15 mins trying to find them. Then the directions were not anything 3 people found to be worth listening too since it only made sense if you were standing outside of their storefront. I had to send my kid looking before I could walk more. Since I was concerned about the walk I had to park illegally...but the 3 flights of step while dealing with altitude sickness isn't even good for healthy people let alone someone who is disabled. The gluten free and regular pizzas was "meh," small, and expensive. I always prefer supporting small business but these people are shady for not...
Read moreThis place has no parking. So the vallet was super nice and let me park in the fire zone for 15 minutes to pick up my order. It was supposed to be ready at 7:52.
First, no one greeted me at the door even though they were walking by and saw me. I went to the bar and the bartender was taking shots. I asked for my order. She went to grab it and came back to tell me one pizza was going to be done in 2 minutes. They forgot the make the other one and it would be at least 20 minutes. So I cancelled the 2nd pizza since I was had a deadline at the vallet. I never got an apology or an offer to try and fix anything.
The first pizza that was supposed to be 2 minutes took 15 more minutes and I had to ask them to check in it.
My group of 8 split one pizza. It wasn’t even good.
Just go...

I like most types of pizza but my favorite is Southern Italian style Brick Oven thin crust. The pizza here was good, the sausage was amazing that we got on our detour Pizza. I would describe this not as thin crust and not as thick crust it is somewhere in that between. My main improvements I would do here is a better quality of mozzarella and the but the cheese and crust need a little bit more salt. We also got an order of the oven baked wings and they were nicely crispy but it would have been nice to have the wings tossed in the sauce instead of having the sauces on the side and little containers that you can't get the...
