If you need a wedding cake that is not only so beautiful to look at that you don’t want to cut it but tastes like heaven also, look no further and call Nicci!! We met Nicci for the first time during our cake tasting after we reached out and asked for red velvet cake options. She came with 3-4 red velvet cake options, I had no idea that a baker could do that much with one flavor. She had a red velvet raspberry cake sample for us, and after the first bite we knew that no one was going to top that taste! Nicci was absolutely wonderful to work with. I sent her so many pictures of cakes from my Pinterest board and with our creative minds and her wizardry in the kitchen, she made our dream wedding cake come to life. The gold detailing in the mountains on the sides of the cake tiers was amazing and the placement of the real red roses, greenery and cranberries, and our personal touches with our 4 dog figurines, was exquisite. I recently visited Baked in Breck, a charming woman-owned bakery, and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The variety of freshly baked goods is incredible, with everything from classic pastries to unique, innovative creations that you won't find anywhere else.

The quality of the ingredients and the care put into each item are evident in every bite. I especially loved the cupcake, which was perfectly balanced in flavor and texture. It's clear that the owner puts her heart and soul into this bakery, creating not just delicious treats, but a community gathering place as well.
