"AVOID THIS DUNKIN' LOCATION!"
My recent visit to this Dunkin Donuts was extremely disappointing. I stopped by with my mother as it was the nearest location to us. While I was placing my order for a cappuccino with almond milk and 2 scoops of vanilla syrup, the woman taking our order abruptly cut me off. Despite my attempt to add more items to my order at the speaker, she cancelled my order. I drove to the window to check on my order and found out she had given me someone else's order. It turned out that my order was cancelled simply because I had stayed at the speaker for a moment longer. When I confronted her, she quickly re-entered my order into the system. I found this disrespectful and indicative of terrible customer service. To make matters worse, she informed us at the window that they had no receipt paper, which seemed intentional.
When I received the coffees, they were leaking. The woman had warned us that the cups were open, but she could have taken additional measures like using a double cup. To my dismay, my cappuccino was made incorrectly as it lacked almond milk and vanilla syrup, which was important to me as I am lactose intolerant. Additionally, my mother's cup was also leaking from the seam. I have no plans to return to this location unless their customer service improves.
I am not one to write negative reviews, but this experience was truly upsetting. I hope the upper management addresses this situation as it is unfair for customers to receive subpar coffee and poor customer service. The attached picture shows the coffee I received, untouched due to the issues I...

I believed the bad reviews about the drive thru issues so I went in, there is Parking in the back, since the front drive is completely taken up by a parked construction pick up and trash laying around it. Going in I was met with being ignored for a good minute at least. When someone finally came up to me I asked for the free birthday drink. They tried to call over their manager. The manager was on the phone with a friend standing in plain sight biting on her fake nails (it’s still covid season people) once she finished her little chat about 3-5 minutes later she came over and mumbled inaudible things under her breath. She gladly made up her own rules and didn’t want to give me a drink of my choice whatsoever. I wanted a frozen coffee I got an iced macchiato. With a barely a dash of coffee on top. This location is also a baskin robins. I thought oh nice I know for a fact baskin Robbins gives 1 scoop of free icecream! Nope completely denied and ignored my request. Gotta love being ignored and disrespected on your birthday.
The manger couldn’t wait to get back to doing nothing while the workers there were obviously running around like chickens with out heads and haven’t been trained. I feel bad for the employees because management is obviously not good. I will not be returning which is unfortunate. I was so happy to see another Dunkin’ close by. Read moreHorrible customer service. I typically come to this location because there’s a drive-thru and it’s down the street from my home. I really had high hopes for this location. Many times we have gone in the store the store team lead apprears to be doing nothing and won’t even acknowledge customers to take their orders. Basically all is customers have to stand around and wait until she acknowledges us. If you try to get her attention she flat out ignores you. Today I decided to order by drive-thru. Upon placing my order, the lady taking my order kept yelling “anything else?” After every item I asked for (4 items total). I felt like they were annoyed and rushing me. Mind you, no one was behind me in the drive-thru line so I don’t quite understand their frustration?? After ordering I realized I had forgotten to ask for one item. When I got to the window I asked if I could add 1 more item. The attendant told me “no, it will take too long” Wow!!! I was shocked that my business was being denied. I read in some other reviews that some were told to exit the drive-thru line and order again, however they didn’t even ask me to do that. Not that it would be any more acceptable.
