Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Florida

We chose this location due to closeness. There were only a few cars in the parking lot so I thought wow that is awesome we'll have an awesome lunch and celebrate to Mile stone birthdays.

The waitress came over super nice and friendly. We ordered an appetizer. ( onion rings) and drinks. The onion rings came out hot and fast. We then put in our order. They sure have changed! We were offered no silverware or extra napkins.

We got our order. They no longer have the red onions. Bummer! We had our lunch. We had to ask for napkins, extra drinks and she never brought my mom another refill of coffee. My husband asked for a fork he never got that. She swung by 1 time after taking another order and never returned after we had asked for the extra stuff. Our fries were burnt and way to much seasoning. Wenwere waiting on her to ask if we would like more fries. Nope! Never showed up! By the time we were ready to go I told her we were waiting on her for more fries so she wanted me to take the fries home. Ok. Hmm. I didn't get to enjoy them hot with my burger. I had told her from the beginning we were celebrating 2 birthdays. They wanted to try something new instead of the Sundays. No singing, no Happy Birthday nothing! I got my fries to go with a half of a burger 2 days later still in fridge at home. I was bummed that we had a horrible time at this Red Robyn. We will never go there again. We had cash for our order and we were not going to leave that on the table. She never came back we had to hunt her down to give her the money. Lousy service and when we came in nobody greated us. We waited 10 minutes in the lobby. There was hardly anybody there. Never again. Puts a bad taste...

i honestly wouldn't let my Dog eat here...SEND IN THE UNDERCOVER BOSS to this Location PLEASE...... Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Food....And on top of that, ,Before I even ordered the Waitress let me know " NO BACON, NO BONELESS WINGS, of any kind " on top of other things they ran out off...." I was like " YOU have to be kidding me? " VERY SAD!!! Well....Since they didn't have anything... I ordered their Seasoned Garlic Herbed Fries. They brought me Fries that was burnt at the tip and full of grease, I mean the Grease was standing up on the Fries and waving at me.....The fries had NO TASTE AT ALL, NOT even Salt let alone any Garlic, just Potato dipped in Grease " A heart attack in a Basket" I couldn't even eat them and shouldn't have paid for them but paid for them anyways. The Killing part when I tried to explain it to the waitress that they didn't have any taste nor did they look like the advertise photo, well she guaranteed me that they was what I ordered . I even showed her the picture to show the difference, which was different from the pictures and looked at me like I was crazy for telling her the fries had no taste.

I am not understanding these 5 star reviews. Maybe it's another shift or Most of The 5 Stars must be coming from people that sit at the Bar Area that's only interested in drinking.... The others must be Friends and family of the staff. Any who Most of the 5 Stars review aren't explained just gave probably to Boost their average

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE DAVENPORT Florida RED ROBIN.... Make the drive to the RED ROBIN on INTERNATIONAL Drive... Service and Food is so...

Call my order in. We asked for 2 bacon cheeseburgers one with no pickle (to which the lady said there are no pickles. and one WITH pickles. Both were to come with the chili cheese fries ALL TOPPINGS ON SIDE. She even repeated the order back to me. When I got home, we noticed the fries had toppings on them. Not to mention, there is barely any chili or cheese(Which given that they are called “Chili chili cheese fries” I would have guessed there should have been more chili). There was large pieces of fatty bacon and jalapeño slices though. Which unfortunately my husband cannot each because he has a spice allergy (hence why I asked for toppings on the side). I, however, love jalapeños so had they been on the side like I asked, he would be fine and I’d have extra. We also asked for pink, and our burgers definitely were well done. No pink at all. And both burgers had pickles. The one with the label that did NOT say “add pickles” did, indeed, have pickles. First time coming here and I highly doubt I’ll be back. My husband cannot eat his fries, the burger had a decent flavor although we didn’t enjoy eating a well done burger, and I still don’t understand how the young lady on the phone repeated back our order but it still came wrong?? We spent a little over $30 and it was sadly not worth it.

Update: upon further inspection of the burgers, we noticed what LOOKS to be like a mushroom. Cooks should REALLY be careful. Thank God neither of us are allergic. It grossed me out so after 4 bites of a burger and finding this sticking out, I didn’t even bother finishing the burger....
