Read moreSo this is a review for delivery, not dining in the shop. When you get an order you should make waht is ordered, especially if the item has add-ons that I get charged for. There are missing items and at least one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly though it states clearly on the ticket what was asked for. Next, when you drop off a delivery you should probably not put it right up to the door in such a way that so when the door is opened it will knock over the box you delivered the food in and spill the contents all over the walkway. I order delivery from time to time from this store and there is always something wrong with the delivery, never when I go into the store. Read moreI religiously go in to Jimmy John's all over Chicagoland. This has to be the worst one that I have been into. They have no clue about customer service. They are never quiet. They are always talking loud and joking around. Luckily I have my headphones not to listen to them cackling like a bunch of old ladies. They always park their cars in the front spots so none of the customers get to park in front.
