When I say I’ve spent a lot of money at this location .my kids love their cookies but today when I say I will never walk in here again I mean that . I went in there and the staff was grossly disrespectful . I walked in to grab an order I placed on line but I stood to the side so that other customer can walk in . If you’ve ever been in this location it’s a bit small inside . However I stood in front of counter and the staff kept asking everyone but me can she help them . So I patiently waited in line for her to ask me , she walked away and completely over looked me , I thought to myself that maybe she may not know that I’m here waiting . So I said excuse me miss is this the right place for me to stand for my online order . She yells just wait . So I seen she was mad about something I still stood and then I asked Miss can I give you my name so you can see . She waves me off . Now I’m mad and I some young man walks up and says can I help you I said yes I place an order on line . He gets my cookies and I asked him is there a manager here . Well she’s walks over and says WHATS YOUR PROBLEM , 🙄I had to stay calm because I know I’d get in trouble I respond , she goes you want a manager even better I’ll get her for you and then comes back and toss a business card at me . I would never go back to this store they were rude they especially don’t like kids and that’s the only reason why we were there, we spent about $35 and I wasn’t impressed with how they made the cookies they were hard and when I asked them why they were hard, and cold I know the topping suppose to be cold. Well they said it’s suppose to be that way! Hard on the outside and soft inside. I seen how they supposed to make it warm with a cold topping!!! They were cold not warm and hard!!!
