Estella Patriot Place — Restaurant in Foxborough

I came into Estella's for the first time the other night. I didn't even know Skip jacks went under but this place was very cool! The atmosphere is upscale. I love the chandelier lighting. I had Paris as my server. She's wonderful. If you go to this restaurant, ask for her. She is very personable and was very attentive whenever we needed something. The manager was also very accommodating, he said his name was Dray or Dre' i'm not the best speller of names. There were no local sports on that night so he put a tv screensaver on all TVs of a log fire. It was actually really nice visual ambience. Food was great, drinks were great. I had an outstanding experience thanks to the hostess Tamerra who greeted me at the front. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional from the moment I walked in, even with all the chaos from the patriots game. Not only did she seat us promptly, but she also checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly throughout the night. Her positive attitude and attention to detail set the tone for a great dining experience. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the guests. Not impressed. Unfortunately the service was very slow (got our soups and salads before our drinks) and food was subpar. The place is decorated quite fancy yet doesn’t match the clientele or food. The massive sports bar like TV definitely doesn’t make sense. No physical menus, you the patron need to scan a QR code to read it on your phone in the dark atmosphere…good luck if you don’t have good cell service.
