During a recent visit to Bertucci's in Framingham, I was thoroughly impressed by both the food and the exceptional service. This restaurant offers a delightful dining experience that left me eager to return.
The mac and cheese at Bertucci's is nothing short of delectable. The perfect blend of crispy topping and creamy cheese makes each bite a comforting delight. The texture and flavor balance is expertly crafted, making this dish a must-try for anyone who loves classic comfort food with a gourmet twist. The chicken wings are another highlight of the menu. They are perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and tender, juicy meat. The spice level is just right—enough to give a satisfying kick without overwhelming the palate. These wings are a fantastic appetizer or a satisfying snack on their own. The pasta dishes at Bertucci's truly stand out. Each dish is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are incredibly rich and satisfying. Whether you're in the mood for a classic marinara or a creamy Alfredo, the pasta here is guaranteed to impress. It's clear that a lot of care and expertise goes into every plate.

Read moreSteve was our server. The guys is fantastic and attentive to the restaurant guests. He was very genuine in the way he treated my 86 year old mother while taking care of us. The guy is a rock star. He waited tables, bused tables, and re-stocked the kitchen. I was a waiter for 8 years and I was watching him work. He is among the best in the server industry for sure. We visited the restaurant at 3 pm on a Sunday and Steve appeared to be the only server on duty. So, I feel this is why he was so busy. Due to this his service at our table was quick, not the typical time a server addresses the guest at a table. I in no way hold this against him in his desire to wait on us. I question if there was a schedule challenge and he was the only available server to work the shift. He got the job done !!! I was joking with him about how many steps he must take a day at work. He told me it’s .19,000 and I believe him. He’s like the energizer bunny of steroids. LOL. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, what you would expect in a brick oven pizza shop / Italian restaurant. The serving sizes were reasonable. I appreciate this restaurant still serves bread and seasoned oil and vinegar before the meal, it was wonderful. This seems like one of those things that is being eliminated by many restaurants, it’s a nice touch added to the meal experience. My mother loved it. I didn’t get a pizza. But I saw Steve serving some. They were huge !!!! And looked good. I would most certainly visit this restaurant again. And I would request Steve to be our server. Thank you for providing this wonderful restaurant to the...
Read moreI don’t usually write reviews, but after experiencing the artistry, professionalism, and sheer magic of Scott at Bertucci’s, I feel morally obligated. Scott is not just a server—he is the LeBron James of hospitality.
From the moment he approached our table, I knew we were in the presence of greatness. His timing? Impeccable. His knowledge of the menu? Encyclopedic. The way he recommended the brick oven pizza? You’d think he had been personally crafting it in an Italian monastery for decades.
Scott doesn’t just take orders—he runs the floor like an MVP runs the court. He sees plays before they happen. My water glass never dropped below half full, my bread basket was magically replenished at just the right moment, and somehow, he remembered every detail of our order without writing a single thing down. That’s not just service, that’s court vision.
When our food arrived, it was like he was throwing an alley-oop straight to our taste buds. And let me tell you—he doesn’t just deliver plates, he delivers experiences. His charisma and professionalism make you feel like you’re not just a customer, but the most important person in the building.
In a world full of decent servers, Scott is elite. He’s the kind of talent you tell your grandkids about. Bertucci’s should be building statues of this man outside their restaurants. If you dine here and don’t get Scott as your server, you’re missing out on a once-in-a-generation talent.
Scott, if you’re reading this—never retire. The food...
