We have been coming to this restaurant for at least 10 years now, and every single time, the food has been amazing and consistent. I know of people who have packed this food and taken it to Texas. No joke. Amazing food, great service, and reasonable prices. Now I remember back in the days we use to come here for lunch specials and the prices were really cheap. Although over the years the prices have gone up, the great quality and quantity of food has remained the same. We truly believe this is one of the if not the best Chinese Sichuan Restaurants in Massachusetts. When we try another Chinese restaurant, we are disappointed because this place sets the expectations for restaurants 0VER THE TOP. Over the years I have realized that different people get used to different dishes and stick to it. We always get the same dishes (in the pictures) and I believe that everything here is amazing and everyone should make a stop. The goods may be too spicy for some, After 10 years of eating here every week I would recommend: 1. Chicken Napa cabbage: Order this dish for take away or eat it there with Rice. Vegetarian can replace Chicken with Tofu. 2. Dry Chicken with Chili Oil : Order this dish if you are only sitting there and eating it. This dish is state of art. Goes great with beer as nibbles to eat. 3. Shredded Chicken and Gongua dry fish fillets - Great dishes which go well with fried rice. 4. Chengdu Lamb: Best Lamb ever. You will not find a similar lamb anywhere and The place will not disappoint. The texture is so soft that it melts in your mouth. Make sure you eat there and eat. Take-aways are fine as well but the quantities are less and they just don't taste the same.

We recently ordered a cold dish called “ House Special Chicken With Red Chili Sauce (Cold Dish) 特色口水鳮”. In our experience trying Szechuan restaurants, this dish is always featured with some sliced chicken in hot oil and sauce. However, when we opened the package at home we were surprised to find out that this is not the kind of the dish we expected. As shown in the picture here, the majority of the dish was mung bean jelly noodle with only a thin layer of minced chicken on the top. We initially thought that this was a mistake as we never ordered mung bean jelly and the item description never contained mung bean jelly (凉粉). So we called the restaurant to find out what’s going on. To our surprise the restaurant owner insisted that this is how they have prepared this dish over the past 7-8 years and I was the first one to complain about that. Excuse me? If you search “ House Special Chicken With Red Chili Sauce (Cold Dish) 特色口水鳮 ” online you will find hundreds of pictures featuring this dish and none of them contains mung bean jelly, let alone this much. Instead of admitting that they gave us the wrong dish, they lied about their food and thought us to be fools about Chinese food. Sorry, you have lost our vote. On the other hand, we were happy to discover another restaurant called Uncle Cheung's, right across the street (266 Worcester Rd, Framingham, MA 01702). It features authentic Shanghai dishes and we have been very happy ever since.

Went here after seeing all the reviews and high rating. I guess I was a bit hyped and I'm also vegetarian just FYI. We ordered the following: Dan Dan noodles, steamed dumplings, scallion pancakes, Mapo tofu, eggplant with spicy sauce, and fried tofu with Napa Cabbage. I will start by saying service and the staff was expectational. It was crowded and they seated us fast and were constantly checking up on waters, dishes and removing any empty plates. Now for the food. I thought overall the food was lacking in the special punch that makes Sichuan special. I thought the flavor overall wasn't packed or was often a hit bland even if it was spicy. The Dan Dan noodles were thin and the sauce wasn't anything too special. The eggplant was really good and I would highly suggest that. Mapo tofu was fine. I thought the fried tofu would be a dry dish and wanted dry tofu, but I guess taste wise it was fine but nothing expectional. The steamed dumplings seemed a bit too thick and the scallion pancakes were fine. Overall it's good, but not expectational for the hype I saw some reviews. Still enjoyed the food and it probably one of the better Chinese restaurants around.

Very much disappointed. Sichuan cuisine is not this. We only ordered a few dishes, thankfully did not spend more and waste of our money. We ordered a pork dumplings as a starter. The dough of the dumplings were partly cooked. They did not even get the time to cook it at least for 10 minutes on the steam. Then we ordered fish fillet in Napa cabbage chili sauce, the portion size was reasonable for Boston food standard, Definitely not reasonable for the $26. *I think fish was haddock. They even charge $2.5 plus taxes for small portions of rice. When you’re ordering a dish for $26 at least you expect a small portion of rice in Chinese restaurant. . The service is robotic, no formality no suggestions and not even asking if the food was any good … WASTE !! For the exceptionally poor service. They expect an awesome tip - Boston food standard. . Definitely not ever going there ever again .

Was in the area for a doctor’s appointment and stopped by for lunch on New Years. It’s amazing that they’re even open, but I wouldn’t expect any less from a Chinese restaurant. It goes to show their commitment to serving delicious food. As for the food itself, everything was great! The scallion pancakes were crispy and the cold beef appetizer was a great complement. We also got fish, which was pretty good either with pork intestine which was crisp and savory. My favorite though had to be the Mei cai ko rou, it was so tender and soft and the flavor was perfect. I could really eat that everyday. The cumin lamb was just ok. Either way, this spot is great whether it’s a holiday or you’re in the area, highly recommend!
