They Demand Photo ID to Pick Up an Order!
I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this restaurant. I placed an online order for chicken dum biryani through their website, but when I arrived for pickup, I was told that it was unavailable. Their website did not reflect this, which wasted my time. They offered a substitute, and since it was already 9 PM, I reluctantly agreed.
After waiting for 30 minutes, I had to approach the staff to ask about my order. At this point, the manager insisted on seeing my photo ID and credit card for verification. I explained that I had already paid online and showed the order confirmation, but I did not have my ID or credit card with me. Asking for personal identification for an already-paid order is excessive and unreasonable. What if I had used a payment method like Apple Pay, which doesn’t involve a physical card?
Despite explaining my situation, the manager refused to hand over the food without an ID. When I requested a refund, he told me I would have to pay again and request a refund from their website later—an absurd and unfair demand. After arguing for 10 minutes, I had no choice but to leave without my food.
As I walked towards the exit, the manager suddenly offered the food, saying it would go to waste. This felt like an insult rather than a resolution, especially after how adamantly he refused to give me the food earlier. His offer felt dismissive and insincere after I had to fight just to prove my point.
To make matters worse, I have not received a refund, and their website lacks any option to report grievances. Their poor customer service, outdated website, and unprofessional behavior make it impossible for me to recommend this restaurant. Read moreI didn't expect from biryani pot .there are few things which led me write this review 1)they have not updated their menu prices . Guys if you look at their prices online or even took their paper menu from your restaurant from last visit . Their rates are way different from online and actual new menu . I ordered tandoori chicken and they charge 19.65 and on top of it they didn't give me whole tandoori chicken and gave me 4 leg pieces for my go to order . When enquire wirh lady who doesn't know much English she said that's our new rate and I told them I ordered same order 2 weeks ago for $16 which she regused . They don't take your words man whatever it is .. second weird thing the chicken was not cooked well they gave me half cooked so I had to trash it . Waste of time and appetite loss , interest lost. 2) they Carx swipe machine was broken for cards wirh chip and their machines doesn't have sliding option . That last at reception informed me and started looking at me wa Ting for something , I told her I am out of cash and then she said now what to do , strange thing.
3 )main thing This restaurant doesn't serve the same type of food which other biryani pot does . The chicken tandoori whole should have leg , breast and I have tried from several other restaurants . I often pick my food especially tandoori thrice a week at the least ..also their food was smelling . Some weird odor . Guys I don't know if that location give fresh food
My suggestion don't go there or eat at on risk check the rates with them over...

Overall in the the guy came asked how is everything , I started explaining about everything he said yah we had a big group party and run out of stuff we made in hurry .which means this guys never thing about the once we are paying money they want money but they don't serve me great food.
