I met Mary Stefanides from the Framingham office accidentally. I called that office and she picked up the phone. I inquired about a piece of furniture that I wanted to buy for over a year but did not know how to get it done for a reasonable price. Mary was ready to help right away and knew what to do. She quoted the best price I could get for some time. With that success, we started planning a purchase of a new sofa-sleeper that I also needed for one of my bedrooms that was almost empty after someone who lived there died.. She sent me a lot of pictures of different brands explaining the quality of each of them. Then I visited her in the show room in Framingham. That was a very good experience in the time of Covid. We selected the material and color for the sofa. The show room is organized and stuffed extremely well, and I liked a lot of pieces out there. I immediately spotted a nice chest of drawers for the room. It was a floor sample and seriously discounted but still in a mint condition. We really enjoyed our visit to Cabot House Furniture in Framingham. We were immediately greeted by the loviest saleswoman, Mary Stefanides, who seemed to have just the right combination of being available and super helpful yet without being smothering. We were looking for a den chair and cocktail table ottoman and Mary knew all the brands and sizes PLUS the production time frame for each company. In a time when everything seems delayed it was extremely helpful to know which chair would take seven months vs. a year or more. Mary was extremely knowledgeable and simply a delight to work with throughout our time in the store. She was even kind enough to send us chair and ottoman options that would match our style and current layout. She put in a tremendous amount of time and effort when other salespeople just do the bare minimum. The Framingham showroom is a fantastic space with a plethora of lines and product that suit many clients’ aesthetics and budgets. Kevin is a wonderful and invaluable resource for me at Cabot House. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable on ALL of the product, but he partners with my team throughout the process, from the first visit, to final selections and quotes, to ordering, right through to white glove delivery which ensures that the process runs seamlessly for clients from start to finish.
