Best place for a first date! The milk chocolate is sooo different from all others❣️It’s even better than Belgian milk chocolate!! What’s NOT to like??? Just go. I promise you won't be sorry. The staff too are wonderfully friendly and informative. Today, however, an error in judgement was made. I paid $45. and then was told that I could not have my points. Why? Well, because I didn't use their machine before paying. The machine is new. This policy is new. There is no sign which explains the new policy or new machine. There was no one else in the store at the time. I have been a patron since they first opened. This was insulting and shocking behavior. So, I said I wanted my money back. Magically, the woman discovered a way to allow me to have my points (and now I have $5.00 to spend next time). Too bad that I had already...

The worst service I have ever seen in a ice cream shop. I don’t know what was wrong with her but she didn’t welcome us, didn’t get the order for 10mins she didn’t even ask us to wait and the best part she was serving other two guest who were seated already other than that nobody was there. Finally she came to ice cream section with a rude face. I thanked her but she didn’t even say a word then I thought she might not know English but she said it was 7$ which means she knows English.

Everyone has a bad day maybe today it’s her’s but please treat customers with respect it spoils our mood also.

Talking about the ice cream I tried a spoon of hazelnut felt like nice and got a medium cup then after having 2spoons of hazelnut I don’t even feel the taste. Now it feels like just a cup of vanilla ice cream. I regret...

I bought two cakes last Thursday for a double celebration, which I had ordered a week prior—one for a college graduation and another for a birthday. For the graduation cake, I requested a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, and for the birthday cake, I asked for a chocolate cake.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Both cakes were dry, crumbly, and tasted like they were a week old. Additionally, for the college graduation cake, I asked for a logo to be printed on top. They assured me they could print it on edible paper, but in reality, they didn't include the logo. Instead, they merely printed the name of the college on a non-edible paper, which was far from special.

Overall, the experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend ordering cakes from this...
